Innovative was a fantastic experience. They were compassionate, understood our concerns and answered all of our questions. We found quick success with IFS vs other specialists we saw in our area. We commuted from Chattanooga hoping to find the right facility and team to help and we were convinced we were at the right place from the first consultation. We will certainly be back if we need any help with our second child.
Thought the world of IFS until... it's hard not to love the people of IFS, but I was completely taken aback when the clinic dropped me and failed to communicate as much with me. I had been a patient for an IUI and two Invocell cycles that failed. I was waiting for a phone call from Stephanie (nurse) about doing another round and never heard back from here. I left messages to have my call returned, and nothing. That's a harsh way to break up with someone going through infertility, who, perhaps foolishly, thought of the clinic as extended family. It forced us to another clinic and we're having much more success there. I wish I never wasted my time or money with IFS or invocell and moved straight to big IVF.
