Recently had a procedure done there, the place was clean and spacious. The front staff was friendly. However we did asked a few questions regarding the payment, she doesn't know much. Procedure went well. Prior to the procedure, everyone did their part and informed me what will be done and how it will be done as well as what to expect after the procedure. Though the Anesthesia doc could be more friendlier. It felt like he was weird our looking at us. Waiting time was reasonable. Post procedure, the nurse staff there was a bit rushy, rushing me out after minutes of waking up from anesthesia. Maybe the room was limited. But overall rating, everything was good. fast in and out. Everything else just need a tad bit of improvement.

The staff is generally pretty nice, but I had an issue recently. I was double charged without explanation, and I had to jump through many hoops to get my money back. Going without one thousand dollars for a week was a very inconvenient surprise. I blurred the associate's name because she was very helpful in getting my issue resolved.

Billing department is a mess. They forgot to contact my primary insurance at the beginning, then one month after, they charged my secondary insurance for $4K, my secondary paid part of them, which my primary insurance should fully covered for $4K! Also it is showing I should have a refund $670 last year, they used it to cover the difference that my secondary did not pay!
