Phone call appointments are constantly missed with no explanation. Wait times for in-person appointments are nearly three hours long as well. After waiting nearly 3-4 hours for my first appointment, I was told that the doctor wanted me to come back another time because they were now closed. The receptionist was kind enough to convince the doctor I should be seen. The second time I visited after going through an MRI, I waited 3 hours just to be told the MRI interpretation was not completed. I was told I would get a call as soon as the notes came, but I had to call multiple times to get an answer. At the end of the day, the receptionist helped put me through to Dr. Forman, who seemed like she didn’t even have my notes available. She explained how a certain substance could be worsening my symptoms, but I had already mentioned that during my first appointment when she dismissed that same statement. As I had a phone call appointment scheduled afterwards due to weather conditions, I did not receive a call. The next day, the receptionist rebooked my appointment. I, again, did not receive a call until I left a second voicemail asking to move my files to my family physician. I was told that my phone line was busy and I did not have voicemail set up. This is not true, as I was available during all the times and days I was told a call was tried. My voicemail is also set up. The office refuses to take accountability for their mistakes and is not client-centred. Understanding gynaecologists carry an important career and commitment, I did not feel cared for by Dr. Forman in any degree.

One of the worst worst and worst clinic in Scarborough. All of the worker and doctors from there is money minded person. One of the doctor from stc clinic referred my friend to that clinic. Me and my friend visit that place and wait for 3 hours after having and appointment of 11 am but they called us after 2pm and we have all the report of blood test and ultrasound dr Forman said to retest the blood and do ultrasound again and after doing that they called us for 4-5 times at a day to visit them and when we visit their place they charged us again 70$ per visit and they never told exact problem. They always say come next time and bring again 70$ to make appointment so called money minded person. Please please do not visit this place in any cost. I will rate this place -100000000. One of the worst clinic in Scarborough.

The doctor is not at all available for telephone appointments. Skips the appointments every time with some reasons. The doctor speaks to you as if that’s the first time you are speaking with him every time no matter if you’ve been going to his clinic from 6 months. Receptionist and lab tech are nice people but they give you only limited information. The doctor and the clinic deliberately never gives you full information especially if you are paying them and later deny everything. Do your own research before you going here as the doctor always seems to be offering you options which benefits him and the clinic like expensive medications and treatments. Speak up for yourself and try to go with the least expensive route first even though the doctor recommends expensive medication. The treatment worked for me only after I asked the doctor to change my medication to a less expensive one. He straight away started with most expensive medication which I got to know that other doctors and clinics do not do it.@ Also do not schedule any IUI or IVF procedures in advance as they make you pay in advance and later when you get pregnant before the procedure they will not refund you anything that is paid. I asked to get medication two days after my missed period but they said they can only schedule procedures in advance but when they schedule it in advance there is a chance that you may get pregnant naturally and they will not refund your money. Be cautious about this scam that they do here in this clinic!! The doctor here only likes to bag money out of our pockets. If you ask more questions about your health or treatment plan he will just talk to you like you are a nobody and just be rude to the patients!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Forman for 20 years now and she’s very compassionate and knowledgeable. She is thorough and takes her time to understand my plans as well as explain all options/outcomes. There have been appointments where she was running behind; however, the way I see it is she takes the time needed to help her patients. Ultimately, not a bad quality to have in a OBGYN! The receptionist always does her best to find times that work with your schedule and she is very knowledgeable about all the tests and where to go to get ultrasounds/procedures done. Have recommended this clinic and referred my friends to Dr. Forman over the years!

I have been referred to Dr. Rachel Forman. Doctor is relatively kind and caring, but the receptionists as well as the staff in the lab are very rude and neglecting. They take all the time in the world to serve you, even when there is like no patients in the clinic. The lab technician (lady) is also not very competent in doing her job and shows anxiety when taking blood out, which made me so extra nervous that I almost fainted. I told them that I'm feeling sick and they told me to go to another lab because they don't want my problem to be theirs! The phone appointments are "booked" and you are given 3 hr time slot in which the doctor will call you, but she doesn't even call. When I called to follow-up, she said "well, I can't always call you within that time period but I try to get to all my patients by the end of the day." I get that she is busy, but I feel that that is very insensitive towards patients' schedule. Like I have a full time job and I am also studying part-time! I'm crazy busy too, but because of the appointment time slot, I switch around my schedule to be available when the doctor calls. I don't know what makes her think that all patients will be available anytime she calls! I feel very disrespected by their service. The work ethics in this clinic overall is very disappointing.
