We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Rob, Dr. Hannam, and the entire team for the outstanding care we received throughout our IVF journey. We were fortunate to have two successful embryo transfers, and every interaction with the clinic was professional, compassionate, and supportive. What truly sets this clinic apart is the kindness and humanity of the people who work there. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they went above and beyond by showing us a level of compassion we will never forget. Their care extended far beyond medicine, and for that, we will always be grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking not only for excellent fertility care, but also for a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

I cannot say enough good things about Hannam. After a very disorganized experience with another clinic it was such a relief to have Hannam take over my care. We did multiple rounds of IVF with Dr. Moore and her team and the care, thoughtfulness and personalization was unmatched. Thank you Dr. Moore for your support throughout our fertility journey. If we decide to have another child we will be back to Hannam without a second thought.

There are no words to describe how appreciative we are of our care providers at Hannam fertility. We live in Northern Ontario and after receiving care locally which included IUI we were referred to Hannam. The wait time to be seen was about a month and we met with Dr Robb who was professional, knowledgeable and came up with a treatment plan specific to our needs and wants. We completed an egg retrieval one month later and had an unsuccessful transfer of our one embryo. Dr Robb and his team were compassionate and skilled. He recommended another egg retrieval with modifications based on what was learned during our first cycle. This second retrieval was much more successful and from this retrieval we were blessed with two beautiful healthy little girls born in 2024 and 2025. Although it is easy to be happy with a clinic given our positive result, even without this we felt so supported throughout our journey and Dr Robb’s clinical acumen and professionalism allowed us to trust the process and feel fully confident that we were getting the best care available. They were able to work with me in Northern Ontario to minimize travel and the impact on our lives. Without Hannam fertility and Dr Robb we would not have our beautiful girls. To anyone on this journey who is considering IVF please reach out to Hannam- I’ve read that there is currently no wait for funded cycles- I wish you all the best on your journey!

My spouse and I were trying to conceive for well over a year before we were referred to Hannam Fertility Clinic. We were lucky enough to work with Dr. Robb, who was extremely knowledgeable, supportive but also realistic. Because of our situation, we needed more bespoke service and he and his team provided it. We were lucky enough to get fertilized eggs and Dr. Hannam was incredible when we met him and he completed the insertion. I was blown away by his kind and pleasant demeanor given his stature and the high-stress job he is in. He made us both feel incredibly relaxed and optimistic. Every time we went for an ultrasound appointment the techs were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast forward 6 months later (not to jinx it) but we are making excellent progress in our pregnancy! We absolutely would not have bene able to do it without the team at HFC!

I have nothing but great things to say about Hannam clinic and the service they provide! I’m 32 and have had PCOS since my teenage years. Dr. Taher recommended starting our treatment with medicated intercourse as a less invasive approach, which we really appreciated. The nurses and doctors were extremely responsive and attentive, and follow-up appointments were scheduled after every medicated cycle without us needing any reminders. Dr. Taher was excellent and consistently took the time to explain what was happening after each cycle, which helped us feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. The third cycle was successful, and I am now 12 weeks pregnant. Given my condition, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly things progressed, and we truly believe this is thanks to Dr. Taher’s experience and guidance. My partner and I are very impressed with the care and service provided by Hannam Clinic and would confidently recommend it to anyone seeking fertility treatment.
