Unfortunately I lost my time and money. And I lost a lot of money. They didn't even give me a discount to try again. I consider that for the amount of money that was paid there should be another attempt since that caused it to affect me emotionally.

We are so grateful for the treatment, the professionalism of the Dr. and that of her entire work team, after 6 years of attempts and other failed treatments we arrived at the Dr.'s office with little hope and we achieved what one day we thought that would be impossible! In a few days our gift from God will celebrate its first year!!

Dr. Cruz is an excellent professional, very respectful and trustworthy. I recommend her 100%, I was her patient for several years and thanks to God and my doctor my dream of being a mother came true. I have a beautiful 3-year-old baby, my husband and I are very happy.

After having visited other doctors and being rejected for the fact that I was not married (I am divorced) I found Dr. Rosa Ileana Cruz. Thanks to Dr. Cruz I had my son almost 14 years ago. The only thing I regret is not having made the decision to be a single mother by choice sooner so I could have a bigger family. The professionalism, respect and affection of Dr. Cruz, of the clinic employees from day one, is unmatched. They were there at any time for whatever I needed. It was a beautiful process! I would have liked her to be the one to receive my son, but she only handles the cases for the first few months. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Cruz and her staff. 100% recommended

Really, really disappointed in the treatment I received. I came all the way from New York. I was sent to have blood test, unfortunately for me the lab did not draw these test and I am out of $1300 for a workup that did not include the most important exams. I contacted the office to let the doctor know what happened. She got highly offended as if I was blaming her. She has a serious lack of empathy. Not only did I waste money, I wasted really valuable time because she took it personal somehow, even though I am the only victim here. She sent me very conisending emails, I ignored it and try to move forward. It has now been several weeks and nothing. No return email, no phone call...nothing. Go to someone who understands how important this journey is for you. Not here. I feel very disrespected and sad. Worst of all, I wasted really valuable time and money.
