. I said there was something wrong with my pregnancy. It was dismissed and then we went to a private ultrasound to find out no growth and heartbeat stopped. They got us back in office and confirmed baby had passed. They said “it happens” and we were released. Had the operation with the same dr. Would’ve preferred someone else after being dismissed. Had post op and asked why we weren’t offered diagnostic testing for baby and they said “oh sorry most insurances don’t cover it so we don’t offer often”. I’m sorry?? You made a medical decision on my family’s behalf without consulting us or even giving the option. Disgusted.

I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days now with no response. I’m pregnant and needing to be seen and I even said that in the email. When you call you can’t get anyone to answer and I’m really frustrated! Dr Reddington and Potter are both wonderful doctors but apparently the people that work for them do not want to answer patients. I never leave reviews like this because I don’t like to sound like a “Karen” but it’s frustrating when I’ve even called/emailed other places and no one has gotten back to me. I’m aware that most places do not wanna see you until you’re a certain amount of weeks but I’m not even sure how far along I am but again I can’t even set up an appointment at all because I haven’t gotten a response..

So far so good and I haven’t been to my appointment yet! I left a message with the last gyn office I saw a few days and then another new office that I know from work about a condition that needs attention. I still haven’t heard back from either of those offices. I left a detailed message online for Grandview ObGyn as well as an appointment request to see Dr. Rauh. It took just a little phone tag to schedule an appointment, but Dr. Rauh is already setting up tests I need and treating me like a patient before my appointment on February 5. That goes a long way with me. Thau’s effort and care for a patient you haven’t even laid eyes on. Thank you. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Great experience! Dr. Showalter and her staff are awesome. From the very first time I met them and got pregnant, through prenatal care and post parting it was amazing. I love them all and wouldn’t trade doctors for anyone else.

The staff at the front desk were very courteous, kind and pleasant. My wait time to be seen by my doctor was as expected. My doctor and assistant were very engaging and helpful while putting me at ease during my examination. I would have given 5 stars if the staff had sent over the request for additional services that were needed and requested by my doctor. As of today it has been a week ago. I was advised to contact the service areas and setup an appointment however it could not be done because the staff in my doctors office has not sent over those orders.
