After a long fertility journey, I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at Grace Fertility for the care, compassion, and support they provided every step of the way. We were fortunate to receive a positive result, but regardless of the outcome, I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility assistance. A very special thank you to Dr. Ghadeer Akbar. From my very first consultation, she treated me with such kindness, empathy, and genuine care. Fertility treatment can be an emotional and vulnerable experience, and Dr. Akbar always made me feel heard, understood, and supported. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, approaches each procedure with exceptional care, and truly understands the physical and emotional aspects of the journey. I always felt confident and comfortable in her hands. I would also like to recognize the wonderful nursing team, especially Savannah. She was often the person answering my many questions and always did so with patience, warmth, and compassion. Her support made a huge difference during moments when I needed reassurance the most. Vanessa was also absolutely terrific during my visits. She consistently brought kindness, positivity, and encouragement, making every appointment feel a little easier. Her supportive presence never went unnoticed. A heartfelt thank you as well to Belen in the lab. She took the time to walk my husband and me through the process, explaining everything clearly and thoughtfully. Her calm demeanor, knowledge, and genuine care helped us feel informed and comfortable during an important part of our treatment. She made a lasting impact on our experience. I would also like to acknowledge Dr. Anthony Cheung, whose years of experience and leadership have helped build such an outstanding team and clinic. It is clear that patient care is at the heart of what Grace Fertility does. Professional team, smooth process, and clear communication throughout our experience. Fertility treatment can be stressful, but the staff were patient and responsive whenever we had questions, which definitely helped reduce a lot of anxiety along the way. We were fortunate to have success on our first attempt, although of course every case is different and results also depend on individual conditions. Overall, we had a very positive experience and appreciate the care we received.

I had my egg freezing procedure here awhile ago. My procedure went really well and I was very happy with the results. But I’m taking one star off because there were some problems with communication. First of all, for the amount you pay for orientation, all you get is information that can be found on the internet. You don’t even get to speak to the doctor. I asked her if it’s ok to drink alcohol and she told me to quit for a month. She just picked an easy and safe answer because if you did some basic research you would find out that moderate drinking does not effect quality of eggs. I chose Grace Fertility initially for their services in Chinese because I felt I could express myself better in Chinese. Turns out it didn’t help at all. There was no way for me to contact the doctor directly, the staff working my case refused to take my requests to the doctor for months. My period had been delayed for a year, and after an ultrasound with Dr. Cheung, he assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem for egg freezing and that we could start the process right away. But this staff refused to start my egg freezing process, claiming that’s not something they normally do. I told her what Dr. Cheung said but she refused to listen. I asked her to contact the doctor for me, she refused. It was frustrating and caused months of delay for my procedure.

My experience at Grace Fertility was very positive, particularly with the nursing staff but also with Dr. Cheung. I would recommend them. Their costs were lower than other clinics and they never pushed or even recommended add-on treatments which the other clinics often do (as these treatments are not proven to increase success rates by any significant amount). I recommend Grace.

I had an amazing experience at this fertility clinic. Dr. Akbar was incredible — patient, knowledgeable, and always made me feel supported. And a huge shout-out to Nurse Chiara and the entire nursing team. They were the absolute best: kind, compassionate, and always there to reassure me through every step. I’m so grateful for their care and would recommend this clinic to anyone.
