While I understand that some may have their own reasons for giving their rating, I can say that my rating is based on results. I now have a beautiful 16mo son because of Dr. Udoff and his staff. That's not all to say, in the beginning, it was easy.. I have had my challenges with my assigned nurses not responding in reasonable time or not at all, missing calls or not coming to meetings on time, medication wasnt clear etc.. this was back in 2022. It just felt challenging and I was already going through a very hard process. This went on for over 2-3mos. Once I expressed my concerns with Dr. Udoff, there was a rotation and I was working with a different nurse. It was a different experience after that and was able to work through a new set of protocol and was careful to ensure I was stable before graduating to my obgy for the rest of the pregnancy. I'm very grateful to have met Dr. Udoff and his team. He will answer all your questions and take time to clarify if you need additional information.

GIVF staff was amazing! After first going to shady grove and being very disappointed of how we were treated, we found GIVF and couldn’t be happier! Not only did the staff take the time to treat us like we were there only patients, but they made us feel like family! They were just as invested as we were. After one round of IVF and only one good embryo transfer, the whole team was excited to tell us we were pregnant!! So glad we found GIVF! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for that personal touch and not wanting to feel like another number. Thank you GIVF for caring and making our family become a reality!

I’ve been a patient of GIVF for a few years now and I couldn’t speak more highly of this practice if I wanted to. Thanks to Dr. Sarhan, I am now holding my precious 3 month old daughter in my arms! Not only is this team highly skilled at what they do, they are empathetic. At GIVF, they treat you like family. 2 years ago, before my daughter, I had a successful IUI procedure at GIVF that unfortunately resulted in a second trimester loss due to an unforeseen cervical issue. Dr. Sarhan and her team have sent me a card on his birthday for the past 2 years. While navigating the heartbreak of infertility and loss, this team makes sure you feel seen and heard. My nurse coordinator, Missy, still checks in on me via email to this day! Mid treatment, my husband and I moved 1.5 hours away and we continued to make the drive to GIVF because it’s rare to find a medical team that treats you like family instead of just another patient or the next ticket in line. From Nicole’s consistent warm welcome at the front, to Elena who gifted me purple pineapple socks at my last transfer, this team is everything I was looking for. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we were met with professionalism, compassion, and expertise. The entire team, from the front office staff to the doctors, made us feel supported every step of the way. Dr. Sarhan made our whole process easier with her outstanding knowledge, compassion, and care. She took the time to listen to our needs, answered all of our questions, made sure we felt heard throughout the process. Our nurse coordinator Mandy was absolutely amazing as well and made sure we always had been communicated to and answered any questions I had immediately. Going through IVF can be an emotional process, but the staff here made sure we were comfortable and made it that much easier on us. From consistent communication to outstanding professionalism, GIVF met all of our needs and more. Graduating from the clinic was a bittersweet feeling because even though they helped us achieve a new milestone in our journey to parenthood, we didn’t want to leave!! We will definitely be back in the future and can’t wait to work with the team again.

My husband and I have been with GIVF for over a year now. Not only do we have a year's worth of experience with their compassionate staff, we also tried two other fertility clinics before finding GIVF. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Not all clinics are the same. Each couple or individual needs to find a clinic that matches their Dr patient philosophy. While the Dr at clinic A was fine, his nurse lied to me about my results which was confirmed when I received my medical records. Clinic B made me feel like a number. Their newer technology forgot to print my name, and I was never called for bloodwork. One tech walked in and asked, "What are you here for today? I'm too lazy to check your record." And the Dr there would rush through our calls not giving us ample time to ask questions. I was feeling lost. Then we found GIVF. Fertility procedures are emotional and complex, and we wanted a staff that would bring compassion and expertise. That's what GIVF brings. Dr. Udoff has been supportive through 4 rounds of IVF, but what's more is he takes the time to sit with you, answer all of your questions, and provide the best evidence to help you make a decision. He won't make the decision for you, nor did we want that, but what we did want is to feel confident in our decisions through information. Dr. Udoff provides that and more. We never felt alone during our decision process. And oh my goodness, the staff. They chear you on. The clinic is small enough that you know the staff names, and they know yours from the front office, to the ultrasound tech, to the nurses. Our nurse has been with us for all 4 rounds, so there is a lot of continuity, which allows you to build a real relationship with them. When we finally had a viable embryo, our nurse called with such excitement that I'm honestly not sure who was happier. GIVF doesn't just treat you like another patient. They treat you like a real human being worthy of care and compassion. Don't hesitate to choose GIVF.
