Overall I had a great first appointment, the clinic and staff were very friendly and organized. The doctor was also very easy to talk and helpful answering my questions and coming up with a plan. We are still in the process of everything, but I think it was a great start.

A Disappointing and Concerning Experience with Dr. Luk’s Clinic I feel compelled to share my experience with Dr. Luk’s clinic to help others make informed decisions about their fertility journey. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply concerning, and I would not recommend this clinic. From the start, communication was poor. Important details about my treatment plan were often unclear or omitted entirely, leaving me feeling confused and anxious during an already stressful process. Critical decisions seemed rushed, and I frequently had to chase the clinic for updates, results, or answers to urgent questions. Additionally, there seemed to be little regard for tailoring treatments to individual needs. In my case, key tests that could have informed my protocol were overlooked, resulting in an approach that felt generic rather than personalized. Fertility treatment is already an emotionally and financially overwhelming journey — patients deserve clear communication, careful planning, and a team that truly prioritizes their success. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience at Dr. Luk’s clinic.

I had a pleasant first appointment with Dr. Luk. The scheduling of the follow up blood draws were also smooth. However, the nurse who gave me the blood draw in the last two times, is apparently very inexperienced… She couldn’t find the blood vessel, and had to search it with the needle underneath my skin… it was painful, though bearable. I am not someone who has a thin blood vessel. It never happened to me before…. You all know how much difference an experienced nurse can make on blood draw. I have no problem for the clinic to hire inexperienced young nurse or intern. Everyone has their first times and needs the opportunity to grow. But those nurses may just need more supervisions and hand-on training. Considering that the patients here have to do blood draws so often, I believe it’s an important part of patients’ experience that needs improvement.

My husband and I just recently started our journey with Generation Next with Dr. Luk. We will be flying from Oregon to New York to see them specifically. We just haven't found the care we trust here in state and have had friends see Dr. Luk with amazing results. It's going to be a journey and slightly trickier being out of state for initial needs, but we believe it will be completely worth it, to be in their care, and give us the best chance through this process. So far, they seem absolutely incredible and have lifted our spirits in this overwhelming time. Dr. Luk has the BEST ENERGY. She radiates happiness, which honestly, is so important for everyone during this time. You can also tell she truly loves her job and her patients and puts them first. (Not to mention is incredibly smart!! Just take a look at her credentials/portfolio!!) Dr. Luk's "CA" Sanjna is also so very attentive, sympathetic and knowledgeable. She has been such a big help with all the paperwork and insurance information, with can be overstimulating. Finance Team, Reception Team, etc has just been so on par from the start. They are a dream team. Thank you Generation Next!

There are not enough words to express how thankful I am to Generation Next Fertility amazing staff and Doctors. From the moment I walked in I was treated as an individual. Dr. Seckins made me feel very empowered, and validated all of my worries, concerns, and questions. She is an amazing doctor. I never felt overwhelmed with information or ignored, this place really prioritizes women's health and feelings. The availability to come in before I was supposed to be at work made it incredibly helpful. The staff respects your time and you do not feel pressured or rush. I am a very particular patient when it comes to certain scan, never did any of the ultrasound tech made me feel uncomfortable or upset they all have an amazing hand. Everyone was always so friendly and gentle. The receptionist always greeted me by my name when I was checking in. Now that I graduated from the clinic I am even more appreciated of the staff and Dr. Seckin because there work ethics and values are not seen in many OBGYN or doctor offices. Thank you Generation Next for a good experience with an amazing outcome. You will always have a place in my heart.
