So this is a special day for me I'm 13 weeks pregnant today!🎉 This is my review of Gen 5. Let me start by saying I had so many questions 😭 (this is my 2nd attempt at IVF, the first was Mexico that's another storytime by it self, {it was unsuccessful}) When my husband told me he wanted to try again, immediately after 2 unsuccessful embryo FET in Mexico. I was discouraged. (I'm so happy for listening. I've been so blessed because of it.) I met my coordinator Abbie 🥰, no matter what would had happened I would have left a good review because she was so incredibly detailed and so very sweet she was also was so amazing, I love her and wish her the best on her journey in life.💐flowers to you Abbie. But on to the juicy stuff! I went to a tattoo shop in the beginning of last year and caught HEP B! that's right (Cured but still a huge issue, can you imagine the care it takes to navigate such a scenario 😞 hints the anonymous post) So I had many questions, hard questions and felt torn up on the inside, I was dealing with a lot (you have no idea 2024 was hard). But Dr.Wood and his army of nurses worked out a successful plan tailored for myself and knew how to navigate the situation, with lots of team work. Let me say Dr. Wood is a hard working man and so are many of his staff Vinny, every nurse who I seen, the ultrasound woman ❤️!!! Loves her she always saved the day keeping the appointments moving for me. and my FET coordinator (the coolest coordinator this side of the Atlantic )😁Jasmin, Her expertise is incredible! and a bonus is that she's a great communicator and always willing to go the extra mile. (she's the reason I decided to be vulnerable and write this❤️ But, if I could give you guys any advice it would be pray before hand it's a big decision ( I would have avoided AloT of life problems by simply praying)but this is the best place to go for us and this place, has many repeat successful clients. This will be my 2nd time working with Gen 5. The whole team is exceptionally compassionate with the whole process. The office is easy to locate and immaculate. The front desk girls are polite and kind. Denise has been very helpful throughout my surrogacy thus far. She is kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. Along with Denise; Cindy and Francesca have answered any questions I have had and have made me feel at ease. Dr. Wood is very kind along with his team in the back, making me feel comfortable through every step. I am very grateful for Denise, Cindy, Dr. Wood the staff for their professionalism, compassion, and kind hearts.

I had just a great experience at Gen 5. The office is easy to find clean and the front office staff is so nice. The back office staff and doctor was also very nice, informative, and helpful. Special thanks to Denise. She has been amazing, supportive, and always quick to respond to my questions. My Coordinator Francesca has been awesome with her quick responses via email and was great in the office. Overall, my first time experience with Gen 5 has been fantastic.

Cindy is an exceptional coordinator. She is attentive, patient , knowledgeable and very professional. She answers all my questions and finds any solution I may have. Upon entering the clinic it was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and genuine. Denise makes you feel loved the moment you meet her. Throughout my journey, she never made me feel like I was doing it alone. I am forever grateful for my coordinators . Dr . Woods is a wonderful person who makes you feel comfortable and confident about your decisions . He also keeps you 100% informed about any procedures . GEN 5 will forever be the my favorite clinic to attend.

We had an incredible experience with Gen5, and I wanted to share our heartfelt gratitude. We traveled to Beijing on Thanksgiving day, and with God’s blessings, we safely arrived. We truly cannot stop recalling how rewarding the whole experience was, and much of that is thanks to the incredible team at Gen5. From the very beginning, the team was supportive and thorough. Jean, Sunny, Luna, Yvonne, and Fan guided us through every detail during the preparation phase, and Cleo ensured the transportation logistics were seamless. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived at the beautiful Gen5 facility, which has a bright, welcoming atmosphere with a stunning view from the windows. Ginger was fantastic with the blood tests – so skilled and gentle! And Mary provided such a positive, reassuring presence, making sure we felt confident before heading into the surgery room. A special thanks to Maggie for recommending Gen5. It truly is an excellent fertility center with a core value of putting patients first. We also had the chance to meet Dr. Adams, who is as graceful as she is strong, and I’m hopeful for positive news from her lab! I’d also like to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Wood. He’s the most hands-on and encouraging doctor I’ve met. His support and advice really kept us positive throughout the process. Thanks to his suggestion, we visited Coronado the next day and had the chance to take in the beautiful blue ocean and white sands. I collected shells and sand from the beach as souvenirs for my family to share in the beauty of San Diego. Dr. Wood’s dedication to his research and his genuine care for improving quality of life are truly inspiring. We’re excited to hear about the progress on his work, and I believe he is making meaningful contributions to fertility care.
