Words cannot truly express the depth of gratitude my family and I feel for the Fora team. From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt supported and genuinely cared for. This clinic is truly a place where everyone knows your name and is wholeheartedly dedicated to helping you achieve your dreams of creating a family. As someone who works full time, the ability to have early morning appointments that were always on time, quick and efficiently run was invaluable. The entire team was mindful of my busy schedule, never causing unnecessary delays. Their communication through the patient portal was seamless and responsive, making me feel reassured every step of the way. Even when I encountered pharmacy issues after hours, Fora came to the rescue—proof of their dedication. Rikki was our angel—an absolute godsend!!! Her unwavering support, expertise, and guidance made this journey possible. She always made me feel seen, heard, and empowered. Her encouragement meant the world to me and my husband. From teaching us how to easily & confidently do the shots, to answering our panicked midnight calls- we can’t imagine navigating this process without her by our side. With the incredible team of Dr. Skillern and Dr. Crawford, you get the benefit of two brilliant minds working together. Dr. Skillern was my primary doctor and her extensive experience, precision, and commitment to getting me pregnant made all the difference. She greets you with positivity at every appointment and does not rush you through the process. She consistently checks all of your levels to ensure they are exactly where they needed to be for a successful transfer. Her care was always informed, compassionate, and meticulous, giving me complete confidence in my fertility plan. My first transfer was a complete success, and we welcomed our sweet baby girl last month and we owe it all to the Fora team. After hearing about friends’ experiences at other IVF facilities, I feel so blessed to have chosen this clinic—there’s truly no comparison. I cannot recommend them enough, know that you are in the most capable and compassionate hands here. Fora made our dream of becoming parents a reality, and we are forever grateful. Fora was one of the more expensive fertility practices we considered, but we chose it expecting more personalized care due to its smaller size. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations. Communication with my physician consisted primarily of a single Zoom call and short, hastily typed messages through the patient portal—messages that often included typos and abbreviations. After a failed embryo transfer, I received conflicting and inconsistent guidance from different team members. Key details were overlooked, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported during a critical time. While the clinic’s medical credentials are strong, the level of emotional support was lacking. We experienced some other practical drawbacks due to Fora’s small size: Insurance navigation: When our prior authorization was denied, Fora offered no advocacy or guidance beyond suggesting we pay out of pocket. A larger clinic later helped us secure coverage. Limited resources: With only two physicians, second opinions are harder to access, and reduced holiday staffing worsened an already stressful situation for us. While Fora may be a good fit for some, I would suggest anyone considering them to think carefully about whether their smaller size and communication style align with your needs. We have since transitioned to another clinic where we have received care far more in line with our expectations.

Our experience at Fora was one that we will cherish forever. I can’t even imagine going anywhere else that would take care of me the way that this clinic did. Dr. Crawford and her staff are amazing. the level of professionalism, care, and involvement exceeded all of our expectations. We went through hard situations and had to make difficult decisions and I am grateful for the time and energy that this staff invested in us to help aid us in the right direction. We now have a baby on the way and I give all my thanks to this wonderful staff! We no longer live in the Austin area but will continue our journey with Fora for all of future children!

I could not have been happier with my experience freezing eggs with Fora. I felt completely taken care of by the staff, who were exclusively female up until my retrieval day, when the lab specialist and anesthesiologist were both (very kind) men. Due to the sensitive and woman-specific nature of the process, I found it comforting to be helped and led by women the entire time. Dr. Skillern, Dr. Crawford, Rikki and all the nurses were endlessly attentive, knowledgeable, capable and helpful. I never had to wait long for my appointments and was always in and out. They work very efficiently at Fora, but not at the sacrifice of care. I had to call the after-hours exchange twice on my first night of injections, and the woman who helped me returned my calls promptly and was incredibly patient and helpful. Also notable, I felt appropriately prepared for the process thanks to the materials the Fora team sent, including the videos explaining egg-freezing/IVF as well as the instructional videos for prepping and administering the injections. I give Fora my highest recommendation. Thank you to the entire staff there for making my experience as smooth and pleasant as it possibly could have been. I am forever grateful!

The ladies working at this fertility clinic are amazing! They were so good to me and made the process feel so smooth and easy for my circumstances. I came to them needing fertility preservation before starting chemo therapy. Dr. Skillern gave me all the facts and explained really clearly what my steps in the process would be. The rest was taken care of by the lovely ladies of Fora, and I felt in great hands. Dr. Skillern was truly amazing and it’s clear that she cares about the work she does. Also other amazing ladies I had the great pleasure of being helped by were Melissa, Rikki, Savannah, Hannah, and Lindsey. They were all so incredibly great and really did a great job of keeping spirits light through my journey with them.
