Everyone in this clinic is amazing! Starting with DR. Akerman which is so patient and kind and takes his time to explain everything thru the whole process. Very comforting to have a doctor with so much experience and knowledge. Angie the queen of the office always on top of everything, making sure you always feel at home. Dayi the ultrasound tech, the Nurses, Teresa, Nicole, Joanie making sure everything runs smooth and keeping us informed every step of the way. Always so sweet and kind. We are sorry if we miss anyone but this staff is truly amazing! Thank You for making our dream come true! Definitely bittersweet to graduate! Love you guys!!

I saw Dr. Akerman for IVF. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The nurses were very sweet. They were always willing to help and answer any questions I had. I recommend this fertility clinic to anyone looking into IVF treatments.

Had a great experience with this group. The nursing staff are amazing and everyone is professional, kind, and friendly. Offices are clean and peaceful. Denise is amazing and very knowledgeable. Really made the experience easy and comfortable. Absolutely recommend this group.

I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful experience I had at Fertility Center of Miami. From the moment I walked in, the entire team (front desk, sonographers, nurses) made me feel comfortable and supported throughout every step. A special thank you to nurse Maily, her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel like I was in great hands. She took the time to provide reassurance during what can be a stressful process. Dr. Chuong was incredibly thorough during my consultation, explained my options clearly, and made sure I understood every part of the process. The procedure itself, with Dr. Akerman and the anesthesia team, went incredibly smoothly. The entire procedure was seamless, and I felt well taken care of by the whole team. I am so grateful to the Fertility Center of Miami for the outstanding care I received. I never write reviews but I definitely needed to leave a review after my experience at this clinic. Dr. Chuong was recommended by my sister-in-law and all I can say is that she is truly amazing. From the moment I met her, she made me feel at ease, comfortable and happy with my decision. She was very sweet and helpful when explaining the fertility process and all the steps. Her staff was also amazing, from the front desk team to the nurses, everyone was great. They were on top of everything, constantly checked in on me and made me feel taken care of, they made my process smooth and enjoyable. I'm shocked at the bad reviews, and all I can say is to give them a chance, they are truly amazing.
