I had a very negative experience with Dr. Lu and the clinic as a whole. Waiting 1-2 hours to be seen was the “normal” there. I went through unnecessary procedures (multiple rounds of IUI) after a misdiagnosis (misread a HSG) and wasted thousands of dollars because of it. I switched over to another clinic and I was immediately was properly diagnosed and treated accordingly. I then got pregnant via IVF (first round) because come to find out, my actual diagnosis (BIL blocked fallopian tubes) would only result in pregnancy via IVF. I would not recommend this clinic due to the unnecessary extra mental, physical, and financial stress that was caused on top of the already existing stress that infertility brings.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sartor. She was incredibly detailed and analytical in her explanations, which made it easy for me to understand the issues at hand and the plan for addressing them. Her approach allowed me to follow her advice with confidence, knowing that each step was carefully thought out. What I appreciated most was how Dr. Sartor communicated with me and my husband. At no point did I feel condescended to or shamed—she treated me with respect and understanding, which made a challenging process much more manageable. If you’re looking for a fertility specialist who is thorough, thoughtful, and truly cares about her patients, I highly recommend Dr. Sartor.

Doctor Lu was nice, but research his fertility success rate and you’ll see that he and his clinic have an extremely low success rate. They will just tell you to keep trying instead of finding ways to resolve underlying issues. They can’t help you conceive a child so go somewhere else.

I cannot recommend this group enough. From Dr. Huber, to the IVF nurses, the sonographers, and the billing staff-everyone was so kind, supportive and helpful. They answered every single question thoroughly and I never felt like a burden. We had a great cycle and are now almost 10 weeks pregnant after years of trying. Thank you so much for giving us a miracle!
