I transferred to FCLV for a second opinion after unsuccessful fertility treatments at another facility as Dr. Shapiro was highly recommended to me. He was amazing and we are so happy we chose this office. I saw Dr. Bedient and Dr. Kaye for a few appointments and was super happy with them as well. I want to give my thanks to Betsy, Jaime, Melissa, and Julie as well for being so kind, responsive, and reassuring throughout my treatments. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff and the office. I have and will continue to recommend FCLV!

I had a wonderful experience. Elizabeth at the front, managing everything so smoothly, and Embryologist Amanda were incredibly helpful. I had a small issue, and they both assisted me promptly, resolving it within minutes especially after all my traveling. I came through in May and July 2024, both of which were success stories! First off the front desk Corinne was always such a pleasure, and made us feel very welcome during each visit. Our appointments, for the most part, were very punctual and timely; no sitting around for long periods that we were scheduled. The phlebotomists Victoria and Marina were always such a pleasure to be around, and they even cheered my wife and I along during our journey; I know they are employees, but the fact the staff feels like they know you individually, really makes you feel like they have your back. Our physician, Dr. Kaye was simply amazing! She always took the time to make sure she explained the entire IVF/medicine stimulation process to us, and made sure we knew all the options that were available to us. Compared to experiences at other clinics, she truly advised what was best for us, and didn't push any unnecessary procedures, and did her best to find solutions that worked within our budget/insurance plans. Dr. Kaye always gave us ample time during our visits, and no visit ever felt rushed. She is truly a great physician and person! Even the billing department was very good to us. Our billing specialist, Julie told us up-front what was covered by our insurance/employer fertility benefit plans, so there was never any surprises, and always itemized where the costs were coming from. One time, when she did not know if a PGT-biopsy would be covered by my employer's plan, she asked her supervisor Jen and Jen reached out to us promptly to explain that it was our responsibility for the PGT-biopsy, but we appreciated that she also explained in detail why it wasn't covered by our plan, which was still helpful! While it stinks we had to pay for the PGT-Biopsy, she got back to us promptly and didn't leave us in a lerch. Additionally, she gave us a break-down of the plan and how many embryos could mean more money, so that helped us optimize our plan for only doing a certain amount of embryos to biopsy; thus saving us more money if we had simply done "PGT all"- very helpful since the Ovation Las Vegas lab gave us stellar results in our IVF cycle, WAY BETTER THAN WE COULD HAVE EXPECTED! All-in-all, this clinic is FANTASTIC! The staff is a comprised of a group of many great & truly talented individuals. Their building is new and beautiful. I would highly recommend this place for anybody, of any age, of any background to choose this clinic for their fertility journey. Save yourselves the time, money, struggles, and tears and do it right the first time with FCLV. I promise you are in great hands!

Corine at the front desk is simply amazing! Always helping my wife and I with setting up appointments, answering our questions, and reassuring us that we can do this pregnancy! She always smiles and truly is the face of the fertility clinic when you walk in! It’s been nothing but amazing with all the staff! From the lab techs, to the ultrasound tech, and to Dr Kaye! I absolutely enjoy coming here and look forward to furthering this journey when trying to have a child!

I was previously at a different fertility clinic, and it pales in comparison to the service, expertise, and professionalism of FCLV. Dr. Shapiro is clearly a student and master of his trade, while Dr. Kaye created a comfortable and trustful environment for my husband and I through the major procedures. In addition to the doctors, the entire staff at FCLV made me feel so welcomed and well-cared for. Corine at the front desk is so kind and thoughtful, always giving me that extra boost of support whenever I needed it. Marina is always a friendly face and kind person to talk to each time I went in to get my blood drawn. Renee and Kara are sweet and patient as they walked me through each ultrasound and answered all of my questions. Yessi was thorough and always checked to make sure I was okay through each procedure, which was greatly appreciated. Finally, Julie is a great resource and very knowledgeable throughout the financial discussions. Overall, my husband and I are grateful for the FCLV team for helping us make our dreams come true and making us feel safe, comfortable and in good hands throughout the process. Last, but certainly not least -- it worked! We are pregnant! Thank you!
