From the moment I walked in, I felt a completely different level of care, professionalism, and empathy. A very special thanks to Dr. Kawwass, who truly made all the difference. Her expertise, kindness, and unwavering support throughout the entire process were remarkable. She took the time to understand my history, guided me with compassion, and gave me the confidence to keep going and never let me lose hope. Thanks to her and the exceptional team (everyone including nurses and reception staff)at Emory, I’m now pregnant—and overjoyed beyond words. I wholeheartedly recommend Emory Reproductive Center to anyone struggling with fertility. They gave us the miracle we were waiting for, and we’ll always be thankful.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Dr. Kawwass and the entire Emory team. We had done IVF through ACRM twice, recommended by the doctor we worked with there without success. Our infertility was categorized as "unexplained infertility" with no clear reason why we weren't having success. We had a recommendation from a friend to meet with Dr. Kawwass at Emory and we're very glad we did! She was extremely kind and patient listening to our story and our family planning goals. We shared our experience from ACRM with her and explained how we didn't understand why we were doing IVF treatments rather than IUI and that we couldn't afford to do another IVF at the time. She laid out our options and outlined expected costs for us. She also offered resources that we could investigate to assist with payment. She never gave us the "you can try a different treatment, but it's not going to work" speech, which we received in the past. Again, we felt that she purely laid out the statistics and helped guide us to a decision that was feasible for our current budget. We've done three IUI treatments with the team and we're happy to say that we are 9 weeks pregnant! I'd like to be very clear that I'm not giving a 5-star review because we ended up pregnant, although we are very excited for the outcome. The 5-star review is for the treatment and care we received from Dr. Kawwass, her nursing team, and the entire staff at the clinic. I do think that it would be helpful if the billing department could offer more clarity and expediency with the bills we received, but that's just doctor's office billing. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this team for anyone going through the same experience my wife and I went through.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Emory Reproductive Center and with Dr. Jennifer Kawwas. From the very first appointment, the care and professionalism of the entire team were truly exceptional. The receptionists were always welcoming and accommodating, making scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. The nurses were compassionate, attentive, and went above and beyond to provide support and answer every question along the way. Dr. Kawwas is nothing short of amazing. Her expertise, attention to detail, and personalized approach made me feel confident and cared for throughout my IVF journey. I don't know why it has taken me this long to write this review but Dr. Kawwass and her team are AMAZING! Everyone that we dealt with at ERC from the doctors, nurses, technicians/clinicians and the administrative team and even the billing staff were all so wonderful and responsive. Dr. Kawwass explains everything, is honest and is willing to help as long as you are ready for it. We had a very low success rate going into our fertility journey but after all the ups and downs, we had our beautiful son who is 2 years old now. Going through IVF is stressful enough but ERC made it so much easier to get through. We are over an hour away from Emory but we are so grateful that we went to Dr. Kawwass and her team and to ERC!!! You all are truly the best!!!
