After experiences with several fertility clinics that left us feeling disappointed and discouraged, finding Dr. Campbell was truly life changing. From our very first appointment, her compassion, professionalism, and genuine dedication to her patients stood out. She took the time to listen, answer our questions, and make us feel supported every step of the way. Dr. Campbell's expertise is exceptional, but what makes her truly remarkable is the level of care and empathy she brings to her work. Throughout our journey, we always felt seen, valued, and cared for as individuals, not just as patients. We would also like to give a special shoutout to Brianne, whose kindness, responsiveness, and support made such a difference during what can often be an emotional and stressful process. Her warmth and willingness to help never went unnoticed. After struggling to find positive experiences elsewhere, we are incredibly grateful to have found this clinic and this amazing team. We are forever thankful to Dr. Campbell, Brianne, and everyone involved in our care. They helped make a difficult journey so much easier, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

After meeting with several other professional clinics I can safely say, Dream is a cut corners, penny pinching facility. I have had 3 IUIs here, none of which were constantly monitored. I had 1 miscarriage, had uncontrolled thyroid issues- either of which were looked into. Dr.Kanji, is a very for lack of better terms unprofessional, and not a thorough doctor. She is very tardy to ALL appointments, once I waited for 1hr and 45 mins while she took her lunch break. The 1 star, is for the some of the nurses. Some are super caring and sweet, Kay, Carla both GEMS! I was given LH strips to pee on to self monitor until I hit a peak as they would have to pay someone for me to come in for testing. After meeting with other clinics this place has such a lack of care for patients. It’s incredible the amount of information you can receive when you go to a more professional clinic. All those unhappy or getting poor treatment, there are several better clinics in the area that will treat you with the love and compassion we all deserve.

We had been trying since Dec 2023.10 week miscarrage july 2024. Kept trying etc. joined the clinic march 2025. Inital tests showed our results were fairly good. I did show high marker on my bloodwork but she didnt seem concerned even though all my research said otherwise. Said to keep trying naturally and let her know when we will he ready for iui. Aug 2025 I still was not pregnant and asked about cycle monitoring. They refused and said they dont do this and only go to iui. I ended up finding a natural path (best decision ever) and got a new full bloodpanel. The bloodwork was still off a bit. She was concerned and gave me a regiment. Within that same time dream called all the sudden concerned about the bloodwork that was off but told me they wont deal qith it and to go to my family doctor. The naturopath ls regiment had me leveled out within 1.5 months. Lowered my bloodwork etc. By end of Oct I decided next cycle id sign up for IUI and give it a chance as I had it at the palm of my hand. I ended up getting pregnant naturally and finding out the day I signed up for IUI. I thank most if not all to my naturopath. The clinic at dream was clean and friendly and prompt at responding. The nurses were kind and receptionists were pretty good. Im just disappointed in how they didnt see to care to dk much other then do the standard iui. Or even look at my bloodwork at all to get it optimal. They never even asked or did a follow up before iui if my bloodwork got figured out. Please advocate for yourself. Find a naturopath. Listen to your gut. I understand I may have not been a priority compared to others suffering low amh. Low sperm etc. But afrer 8 months of joining the clinic youd think theyd want to figure out why I will say once I got pregnant they montiored my tsh levels and they were elevated (thyroid) and I appreciate that so much. I give the clinic 7/10 only because I dont feel I really had a full experience and maybe IUI would have changed it. But I wish more clinics or in my experience they did more to find out the bottom line vs jusr wait and see. Also will always wonder why I wasnt offered cycle monitoring vs many others I know have at that clinic. Grateful to be pregnant.

Great experience with Dr Kanji! She was very friendly, knowledgable, and Personable. I found her easy to talk to and our appointments did not feel rushed. -Great communication -Friendly staff -Clean facilities -Would recommend

Had a GREAT experience with dream. I completed an egg donation and Dream fertility allowed me to do my tests and ultrasounds with them (vs having to travel further for me). They were quick, efficient and overall no complaints and very thankful I could go to this clinic yo avoid going to Toronto.
