I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dr. Williams is truly incredible. Before coming to this clinic, we had gone through 4 failed IUI cycles and 1 failed IVF cycle at another clinic. We were devastated, desperate, and did not want to lose another month or waste another cycle. Although Dr. Williams’ schedule was fully booked, I explained my situation to the administration team through tears. To my surprise, they accommodated me within just two days. Dr. Williams acted immediately, without wasting any time or ordering unnecessary tests, and started my treatment the very next day. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I am especially grateful to Donna, Melissa, and Mahrukh for always responding to my questions and concerns. Their kindness, support, and professionalism made me feel cared for every step of the way. I always felt that I was in good hands, and today I have my baby in my arms. I will forever be thankful to Dr. Williams and the entire team for helping make our dream come true. If you are looking for a clinic where you will feel genuinely supported, cared for, and treated with compassion, this is the place for you.❤️

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tanya William and her team. Dr. Tanya is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. The staff members are also very friendly, respectful, and helpful, and they create such a welcoming environment for patients. The clinic itself is very clean, calm, and organized, which made every visit pleasant and stress-free. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received here. I highly recommend Dr. Tanya William to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate doctor.

They don't listen and members of the team are happy to abuse their position of power over patients. I was referred to this clinic to see if they could assist with intervention for my PCOS, which was interfering with our early attempts at baby-making. They put me through the cycle monitoring - during which I was yelled at by an ultrasound tech after I asked for an accommodation due to trauma and painfully poked by a phlebotomy tech with spiteful intent after I spoke up when charged for a test I didn't want - only for Dr. Williams to proudly announce their finding about my "infertility issues" at the end of the cycle. Her big finding: I have PCOS. We got pregnant during the cycle monitoring, I swear through willpower, because I never wanted to go back to this clinic again. Reception and select nurses were nice.

Ours has been an 8+ year journey to welcome our baby boy. Dr. Williams and her team are entirely responsible for our success. We initially worked with another fertility clinic that did not provide great patient care. We moved to Dr. William’s clinic in 2023, at the recommendation of a close friend. The approach at this clinic was entirely different. They offered amazing clinical support. We had access to the nursing team AND Dr. Williams - this was very different from our previous experience. We became partners in the medical process. Dr. William’s offered alternative treatment options when one avenue was unsuccessful - so we weren’t just doing the same thing over again. She was honest with us about everything. Most importantly, she remained firm in her resolve to do whatever she could to help us have a baby. We got pregnant at the beginning of 2025. We had a scary and complicated pregnancy. And from the bottom of my heart, I can say that I could not have felt more supported. In December 2025, we were able to bring our 3 month old son to visit the entire team. It was beautiful and emotional. The ultrasound technicians, phlebotomists, administrative team, nursing staff and Dr. Williams all played a part in making our miracle baby possible. We will forever be indebted to Dr. Williams and her amazing team. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Williams, her staff and the clinic to anyone looking for fantastic IVF care.

We are so thankful for Dr. Williams and all the staff at her clinic. They are all wonderful, especially nurses Melissa and Donna, who were there to support us every step along the way. Our journey started many years ago at another clinic and then three clinics later, we finally found Dr. Williams who helped us achieve our dream. Out of the fertility doctors we've seen, Dr. Williams is the one who embodied all of knowledge, skill and compassion. We are truly grateful for her help.
