The staff at DIRM are incredibly kind, empathetic and overall wonderful. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with them, and they made experiencing infertility a bit more bearable. Dr. Kovalevsky was always patient, kind, and informative. We never felt pressured to go through any procedures, and he reviewed all our options, results, and questions multiple times to make sure we felt comfortable. Ultimately, we went through ivf and had a spontaneous pregnancy during a month we took off from treatment; however, I still think this team played a key role in our successful pregnancy and the two month old that I know hold in my lap. I couldn’t recommend this team enough!

I LOVE the people of Dirm and the beautiful facilities, but there are some communication (via patient portal) concerns that I firmly believe need to be addressed and fixed to improve patients’ experiences. For example, time-sensitive medications ordered incorrectly. The issues were fixable but were still unsettling at the time. With that said, I’m forever grateful for DIRM and Dr Bachman; she’s a true angel.

We cannot say enough good things about the entire team at DIRM. After 4 years of trying and almost giving up and having started at another fertility clinic we transferred over to DIRM. Everyone was incredible and we are so grateful to them for our sweet boy.

There really aren't enough words to describe how amazing DIRM, Dr. Russell and the staff is. My husband and I both had fertility issues and after trying for 2 years and having multiple losses we found ourselves at DIRM- A recommendation from my Mother in law who was a patient of Dr. Russell's 25 years ago (Hence my husband- the 25 year old IVF baby) From day DIRM made us feel seen and heard and all the doctors and nurses went above and beyond for us. We did 3 rounds of IUI and the last being successful and now I am 5.5 weeks pregnant with our little miracle! We can't thank DIRM enough for the outstanding care we received while under their care. We know it'll be bittersweet next month when we graduate to our OBGYN! They are the best. of the best!!
