CReATe West Fertility (Etobicoke)

I would like to start off by saying no one’s fertility journey is easy or the same as anyone else’s. That being said, Create was the third clinic we went to and the first to really treat us like more than just a patient number and it’s all because of the nurses and technicians who take such joy and pride in their work. We were walked through and explained every step of the process which was amazingly helpful in understanding what the best next steps would be for our journey. We started with Create in March of 2023 with cycle monitoring and through trail and error with the meds that would work and the right dosage, we got pregnant in December. Our first was born in September of 2024 and he’s absolutely perfect! We decided to go back to Create in May of 2025 and the nurses made sure we picked up right where we left off (rather than restarting the entire process like the new Dr. Forman wanted to do). We got pregnant again during our first cycle back! Our second was born just three weeks ago and he’s just as amazing as our first. Our little family is now complete and I only have the dedication of the nurses and the care shown by the technicians to thank for my boys. I was hugged and congratulated both times we “graduated” from the clinic. It felt like friends that were so happy to see us move on and continue with our journey… I strongly recommend Create West Fertility because I’ve seen what else is out there and if you want to be treated like more than just another patient then this place and these wonderful people are definitely right for you!

We first visited this fertility clinic in the summer of 2025. At that time, we were asked to complete many tests, and we were told that after our appointment the doctor would review the results and recommend next steps. Unfortunately, more than six months passed, and the doctor never reviewed our test results. Our appointments were repeatedly postponed due to the doctor’s “busy schedule,” while the clinic continued suggesting additional tests in advance, without any analysis or discussion of our previous results. This created the impression that unnecessary tests were being ordered simply to increase the number of procedures, rather than based on medical need. Eventually, the clinic stopped contacting us altogether. It felt as if we had simply been forgotten. When I later called to request copies of our test results, I was told they could only be released after the doctor reviewed them. When I asked how much longer we would need to wait for the doctor to review the results so that we could finally receive them, I was told there was no point in reviewing them anymore because the tests were already outdated and we would need to come in and repeat them. Overall, our experience with this clinic was completely negative. I would only recommend this clinic to someone who is willing to waste a significant amount of time without receiving proper follow-up or care.

I am so thankful for Create West! I had a nearly 5 year journey with them that ultimately resulted in my beautiful daughter. I liked the smaller, intimate atmosphere of the clinic that made my care feel individualized and personal. The entire team was kind, supportive and sensitive during difficult circumstances. The nurses in particular always went above and beyond, and truly felt like family by the end of my treatment. Infertility & navigating IVF is one of the hardest things I’ve done and I’m grateful for this team who made a long, hard journey as smooth as it could be. I would recommend them to others and hope to return to try for a second baby in the future.

I’ve been going to Create West Fertility Clinic for 2 years, and it was not an easy journey — many shots and emotional ups and downs along the way. The doctor was often busy, so I didn’t see her as frequently as I wanted, but the nurses were always supportive and answered all my questions. I’m so grateful for their care, and I was able to deliver my baby a week ago! I’m already planning to come back for round two! Highly recommend this clinic!

We had a great experience with Create West and would highly recommend them for your fertility journey. The ultrasound technicians are very kind, the nurses are wonderful and were very patient with our questions and always followed up when they said they would. Dr Forman has been amazing to work with. She was never rushed and was genuinely interested in our journey and health. Overall, the staff is there to help and the work they do is noble. Reading some of the other comments, I want to add that for every health concern and journey, we should all do our own research and use all resources available. Fertility should be approached with a holistic view and so I had also engaged with a fertility naturopath and acupuncturist along with the clinic and everyone was very cooperative and supportive.
