I had a great experience at CNY and am glad that there are more affordable options for people who need it. That being said, if you’re expecting a Ferrari experience on a Toyota budget, check yourself. They have centralized support functions - like billing - so getting started with care can feel a little disjointed. They have a team based model so you will see different nurses at each visit and may not meet the doctor until your retrieval date. And the entire team is responsible for answering messages so you may talk to different people. I think these tradeoffs are well worth the savings and would absolutely see them again.

I had success with this clinic 2 years ago but their prices have gone up a lot and they are not upfront with pricing anymore The good in the past: Was the cheapest clinic. They allowed me to start the retrieval or transfer process when my period started, not on a predetermined schedule. The bad: They rushed me out of OR after the egg retrieval so quickly, and before my body was ready - I fainted in the elevator. Their patient portal is where all communication happens and it’s very clunky. They raise prices significantly each year.

I traveled here from out of state for IVF. EVERYONE here was amazing. The girls at the front desk were so nice, every nurse, from the one drawing my blood (hi friend!!) to the ones doing my ultrasound and all the Dr’s that I worked with were reassuring, communicative, and answered all my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed or blown off, which i have at other fertility clinics in the past. The people who walked me through my egg retrieval were so calm and kind (I was very nervous). I cannot recommend this office enough. Until you physically get into the office, everything can feel a bit confusing and you may feel lost when working with CNY, but once you start and are in the office, they hold your hand through everything. Trust the process- they truly care about you.

Writing this in hopes it saves someone else a lot of time, heartache and money. I have very few positive things to say about this clinic. The patient care is terrible, the cleanliness/quality of the facility is appalling (see photos) and overall the lack of professionalism of the staff is the worst I have ever experienced in the medical field. We were often left to navigate this process alone given the lack of clarity from our "care team". When we would call to ask questions or send a portal message you would get a different person every time. There is no consistency with your care team and you likely will never see or speak to the Dr. I was given the weirdest concoction of medications for transfers to the point where even my in laws (who are retired physicians) had concerns about the process. The billing department is so delayed that you will get bills (without statements), up to a year later and we were often double billed. It was common to leave after a simple blood draw with large bruises and blood stains on your clothes. I started to think that this is what fertility clinics were like, but we have since switched to a different clinic in Greenwood Village and are having a much more positive experience. Our new clinic couldn't event accept embyos from CNY because CNY DOES NOT follow guidelines required by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (red flag alert). While it may appear to be cheaper, you will pay for it in patient care, failed attempts and medications. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere from the start. *One positive piece of info to share- the sonographers at CNY were very kind and truly one of the only reasons we even made it a full year there.

I had a great experience at CNY and highly recommend this fertility clinic! We first found CNY while googling to find a lower cost IVF option due to our local clinic being three times the cost. The consult scheduling was easy and they did a wonderful job at answering all of our questions. I had a great experience at their clinic for my egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer and our first transfer was successful! I know that this clinic looks like it doesn’t have the best reviews or success rates, but that is because they don’t turn away anyone. They’re a lower cost option, offers in house financing and doesn’t turn away patients based on their BMI or diagnosis. We had a great experience and I know people don’t always write reviews when everything goes well so I wanted to share. I highly recommend CNY!
