If I could give zero stars I would. If you are having a medical emergency do not come to this hospital. The first time I came I was waiting 12 hours for help just to be sent home with no answers. The second time I nearly passed out in the waiting room bathroom and nobody helped me, offered me a wheelchair or anything. I had to get up to the nurses station while I could barely keep my head up to beg for an IV because I had been throwing up for 8 hours and was severely dehydrated. I had to beg for a bed, and I saw the head nurse see me waiting for help and walk away and ignore me after the Doctor told me to go find her. I had to lay on the floor of the hospital because i was in so much pain that I couldn’t sit in a chair. I was in the hospital for 8 hours and never received as much as an IV drip after begging for one for hours and barely able to walk. What I experienced was inexcusable neglect. Do not come here if you need help. They will leave you in the corner to die and tell you you’re next to be seen and never help you.

I gave them five star. They did a wonderful job with my father-in-law. They are awesome people. They did a high-quality job in our stay there.

No staff and no sense of urgency from medical personnel. Barely any communication from doctors and you are left waiting at every step of medical care of a hospitalized patient and the family is left to try to figure out what is going on by doing research on internet because if you ask too many questions doctors get annoyed. Facilities are showing their age and equipment is also for the most part old. I would avoid this hospital if you can.

Worst service ever I am at a 20 in pain. i can barely walk and I have been sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours for doctor to see me. I would give zero stars, however had to give one star in order to leave a comment. No difference between Hima and Pavia no wonder they go under.

When with extreme chest pains, a heart rate of 23 in an out of 200 and all the said was it might be sinus. (It’s not sinus cause I’ve been dealing with sinus all my life) the doctor was friendly but I was not treated how I should have been i’m also a patient that has convulsions and also has a service animal to alert to my convulsions he had alerted to one of my convulsions that was about to happen and they were all scared of him and did not give me treatment whatsoever even though he’s trained for this situation…. I was put in a bed until my convulsions calmed down and then they told me to go home with no medication nor check up on the reason why I was having convulsions etc.
