I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office. Before my consultation even began, Dr. Hartog stood directly in front of me—without acknowledging me—and loudly whispered to her admin staff about checking my insurance coverage. I was the only person in the lobby, making it clear that their priority was billing, not patient care. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I left before even seeing Dr. Hartog. If I could give negative stars, I would. I do not recommend this practice to anyone looking for genuine care and professionalism.

Most individuals at this practice are lovely. Dr. Beth Hartog is especially amazing! Not everyone at Chelsea Fertility is amazing though — I had very bad experiences at Chelsea Fertility with a Nurse named Elaine Alfond and a Nurse named Lexie Smith. Nurse Elaine and Nurse Lexie should not be allowed to work in healthcare in any setting whatsoever. I just thought all women considering Chelsea Fertility to achieve their own pregnancies should be made aware of Elaine and Lexie and to watch out for them. Hopefully, Elaine and Lexie will be fired, and this medical practice will then receive five stars from me!

This is the best experience you could imagine start to finish. I couldn’t believe my luck. They treat you like a person, not a number - are fully accessible all hours and really, really kind which obviously matters a lot in this space. The nurses ( Lexi & Natasha) are beyond supportive and do everything to make you comfortable. You are in good hands here - they make everything easy and make you feel like their only patient.

Two beautiful babies later… my husband and I are so grateful to Dr. Hartog and the nurses at Chelsea Fertility. It was nice to be at a smaller practice so you always know who you’re talking to on the phone and the nurse in the room with you. Great success! Changed our lives.

We have a beautiful, healthy baby girl thanks to Dr Gindoff talking me into doing a second round of IVF nearly ten years ago. Dr Gindoff, at the time I thought you were being salesy and pushy and years later I realized you were 100% right about everything and we are forever grateful.
