I have no issues with the Dr or facility itself, I have had a great experience. The billing dept though is like a nightmare to talk to. You ask a question and they love to go in circles with you. Or not give you what you ask for. Like read what I’m asking for? For example : I ask for an itemized statement for charges that I paid with my carrot card (fertility assistance) and they completely ignore what I’m asking for. So I have to stress and ask 4 more times till they understand. I shouldn’t be stressed over a simple question. I explain things clearly too of exactly what I need. So please get it together and READ what the patient is asking for.

Dr. Patel is such a kind, gentle, compassionate soul. You can tell she loves what she does and cares deeply for her patients. We are beyond grateful for her and her whole nursing team! Walking through infertility can be so stressful and isolating, but having a team like this cheering you on makes all the difference.

I have been an egg donor here 3 times since 2022. During a donation, frequent visits to the office are required so I have a lot of experience at this location. Every single interaction I have with the staff is consistently amazing. From the front desk, to the ultra sound tech, nurses, the entire donor team, the phlebotomist, the surgeon, the anesthesiologist, literally everyone is awesome. It makes the donation experience so incredible. Because of this I can imagine that for whatever reason you may find yourself needing their services, it will be a really good choice for your fertility journey.
