I first met Dr Dougherty when he was at a previous clinic I had been a patient at. He performed an egg retrieval for me, he mentioned to my husband he was interested in our records and would like to dive in to them. Fast forward, my acupuncturist mentioned oh Dr Dougherty left that clinic and has moved to work with Dr Manara and a few of my patient’s are working with him. Immediately I made a consult and told him how we had wanted him to look at our history but the doctor I was working with at the time kind of blew off that request and then he was no longer at the practice. Anyways I cannot recommend him enough! He listened to everything we had to share and then dug into our lengthy 7 years worth of records to come up with a plan. When we discussed plans and I shared how we had done something similar and it didn’t work etc. he would go back to the drawing board and come up with alternatives that we all felt more comfortable with. I had an issue where my eggs did not look normal appearance wise and he researched until he could find anything that he thought may help that situation (there wasn’t a ton - but he came up with a supplement that he said; let’s just try it for three months). He would check in from vacations; worked with me on getting insurance to cover medicines, and was just overall so caring and genuinely wanted us to get pregnant and bring home a baby. At one point my husband told him, win, lose or draw, you are the 7th doctor we have seen and an absolute gem. Of being the humble person he is; he wanted to see us with our baby before he was willing to accept that. Fast forward to my egg retrieval, we got two eggs and neither looked great, but to our and Dr Dougherty’s disbelief, it was normal! So we set our on our transfer plan and he came up with a long protocol plan, mentioned it’s out of his normal but he didn’t want to take any chances and just wanted to throw everything he could at this. We started transfer meds in September and didn’t transfer until January. All the while Dr Dougherty was always checking on us and making sure we were good! As I write this my 6 month old daughter is sleeping in bed next to me and it has been the most amazing experience of my life. My husband and I never gave up and we finally found a doctor who also did not give up or take the easy way out. Thank you Doc for everything! I will continue to refer people to you for as long as you’re practicing. I also cannot forget to mention all of the staff at the clinic and Dr Manara (we actually got lucky and both Doc and Manara do our transfer) who are all awesome at what they do and make a not so great situation as good of an experience as they can. Thank you to all of you!

I switched to Dr. Manara's office in August 2024 looking for a second opinion and fresh perspective on my infertility journey. From day one Dr. Dougherty and Dr. Manara have always been caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I had embryos stored at another doctor's office and the process of getting them to Dr. Manara's office was easy. From the caring staff at the front desk, nurses, ultrasound techs, staff in the lab, everyone is top notch and truly cares for patients. After six long years of trying for baby number two, six transfers with my old doctor and only two with Dr. Dougherty and Dr. Manara, I "graduated" from their office this week at nine weeks with a thriving baby girl. It's sad to not being going there anymore but can not believe after only being there 8 short months, I left with my miracle, rainbow baby seven times over, baby girl. Can not thank them enough for their care.

Dr. Manara helped my husband and I explore our options after two miscarriages in 2023. He was respectful of our decision to not pursue IVF and gave us testing to ease our minds about trying again. He also explained the benefits of trying progesterone supplementation, and after taking his advice, I'm happy to say our double rainbow baby is now 4 months old! 🙂

I can not express how incredible this office is. Dr.Dougherty and Dr. Manara, including all of their staff/ front desk are so kind, caring and accommodating. They will always make sure you feel like all of your questions or concerns are answered, and are there for you every step of the way. My husband and I could not be more grateful for the outstanding experience we have had here.

Update 7/10/24 2:16am I met Dr. Manara and when I say I felt like I was talking to my dad explaining to him what my fertility journey has been, is just to give anyone out there, searching for an honest soul who cares about the female body and her gift to conceive and idea of just how personable and down to earth Dr Manara was on our first visit to him. He broke everything down in terms to help you understand what he thinks is the best course of action. He also took his time to ask question, understand your past experience and history and come up with a plan. He NEVER RUSHED THE APPOINTMENT AND HE WAS SO NURTURING AND CARING THE ENITRE TIME. I just met him but I know this is the angel god sent my partner and I because there’s no words to describe how we feel. Thank you Dr. Manara and Kelly for being angles on earth💐🫶 I’ll update my review as I continue my journey with Dr. Manara and his amazing staff.🙏 I booked am office consultation based off of the Google reviews for Dr. Manara. When I called I was greeted by Kelly. Kelly is the sweetest human being and so courteous to you over the phone. She is really a gem. In person, she is so warm and kind and even more of a beautiful soul. While checking in, we were greeted by another doctor, Dr Dougherty, who introduced himself and was so kind and pleasant. This is 2024 and we still have humans in the profession of Doctors, that are gentle and warm. It’s so refreshing to experience. I haven’t seen Dr. Manara yet, but I had to leave this review. As I’m sitting in the waiting room today 7/9/24 @5pm. I will update once I meet him. But so far, it’s 5 stars in our books.
