Poor patient satisfaction and care. I explained my situation to 3 different staff members who said they’d ask Dr if she can help me, they said yes and Scheduled me 2 months out. On appt day Dr told me to go see Mayo. And now I have a $240 bill for something they could’ve told me over the phone they can’t help me with. I talked to office manager and she basically said too bad so sad and offered no apology or solution. Such a waste of time.

The billing department is so unprofessional and does not know how to do their job. I was billed months after my procedure and when the statements went out my mail was returned. I had not idea I was being billed and thought my insurance covered it (mind you I’ve always paid my statements on time and was told by their staff that my insurance would cover the remainder) I finally received a statement in January and attempted to call them to pay my balance but no one ever called me back. I finally got a hold of a staff member named Tranisha and paid my bill. A week later I got a letter from a collection agency reporting an outstanding balance. When I spoke to the staff no one ever told me they sent me to collections and when I called back and talked to tranisha she was so rude and said it’s not a big deal since I already paid. My call was transferred to her supervisor, Sara and she hung up on me. I’ve never dealt with staff that is so unprofessional. The lack of accountability and customer service was at an all time low! Before the supervisor hung up I was told that her manager Kelly would call me back and I have not heard anything since. These people don’t care about their patients and this its truly disheartening when I’ve spent so much money. As I stated before this clinic does not cater to all people and I definitely do not recommend this clinic!

Very empathetic staff. I was most nervous about IV (not a fan of needles) but the nurse anesthetist did a wonderful job. She was very sweet. I would give 5 stars except I was rushed out of recovery. Otherwise, quick & easy 🙂

I am rating a 4 becuase...I did my first round very successfully and the expereince was as good as it could be and we have our sweet little boy. However, I will say whoever works in the billing department is so rude. I hate having to call to ask questions about my bill or try to get a statement. I also had embryos frozen that after our 2nd failed attempt we wanted to discard. The clinic told us to keep them until after our cycle and we wouldn't be charged. I called after and wanted to discard and they said they'd email me a release form. Never said I needed to come into the clinic me And my husband to have anything notarized. Because of this - time went on and now we are getting charged. Disappointment in lack of communication. We've paid plenty of money to this clinic.

Many of us end up at CRM after we’ve lost trust in our bodies ability to do what we think it should, or when we’ve lost faith we can achieve our reproductive goals. It can be scary going somewhere unknown for something we haven’t experienced before that a lot of people are private about their experiences with. In my experience, CRM made me feel really safe when I’d started losing faith. Everyone at CRM made me feel heard, understood, and taken care of. By everyone I mean the staff who answer your calls, the office staff, the ultrasound techs and phlebotomists you’ll likely end up seeing A Lot during your time as a patient, the embryologists/lab staff, finance folks, and of course the doctors and nurses. They all make the emotional processes of evaluating, diagnosing, treating/plan implementing, and, in our case, achieving a successful pregnancy via IVF, as pleasant an experience as I can imagine. One you can figure out. One you can handle. One that in my experience you won’t ever have wished you started later than you did.
