I called for a post-vasectomy sperm analysis test, I was instructed to have my urologist fax them my referral. I contacted them the following day and they did find the fax that was sent but the person on the phone told me they don't do this type of test and were trying to refer me to a different company. Not a professional business.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Engmann and this clinic - if I could give them a million stars I would! I’m from Canada, where I’ve seen at least 5 different doctors who weren’t taking me seriously and refused to send me to a specialist for my issue. I decided to see Dr. Engmann after reading some of his publications, and I’m so glad I did. Not only did he know exactly what to do right away, but he was also the first doctor to ask me how I was doing emotionally, which was very much appreciated. He also did an incredible job at walking me through my case, answering all my questions, and ensuring I understood what he was telling me. The entire team at CARS made me feel so comfortable and at ease - I knew I was in good hands. Being from out of state, the clinic was very understanding and worked with me both in terms of finances and in terms of scheduling my appointments. I’ve never had a better experience with a medical team. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Dr. Engmann and the Center for Advanced Reproductive Services!!

Only took one try for me to get pregnant. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Dr Benadiva was friendly, knowledgeable, his team of nurses are very helpful. Also the doctors and nurses from OR are very professional, taking time explaining things to me making me feel comfortable in the process.
