We owe this place the greatest joy of our life. We were struggling for appointments at other places, and I requested Tensi to accommodate us( great decision), I was being treated by Dr. Sachdev- I would describe him as someone not only experienced, but also straightforward and honest. I am also thankful to the front desk, especially Roopika for helping me in numerous ways. But my biggest shoutout is for my nurse Shamara who was my biggest strength, more like an elder sister who really cared for me and helped me by going out of her way many times. What I loved the most about this place is everyone remembering our personal circumstances like work, travel plans etc. and always guiding us in advance on how to plan accordingly as these treatments are long.

After years of struggling and seeing numerous doctors, I finally found the care and support I needed here—it truly felt like a Godsend. Dr. Qasim’s expertise and compassion gave me hope from the very beginning, and Nurse Coach Victoria was there every step of the way, offering constant support, reassurance, and a calming presence. Victoria went above and beyond to ensure I felt emotionally supported and empowered throughout this journey. Her personal care, thoughtful guidance, and ability to patiently answer all my questions made all the difference during some of the most challenging moments. Their professionalism is unmatched, and the way they’ve crafted their entire process is simply marvelous. From scheduling visits and following up on blood work and scans, to keeping me informed with timely updates—they haven’t missed a single follow-up throughout the entire journey. Everything was streamlined and efficient, making me feel taken care of at every step. A huge thank you to Nisreen for guiding me through the financial process so smoothly. She was incredibly clear, patient, and made sure I understood all my options, easing a lot of the stress during what could have been an overwhelming part of the process. I also want to acknowledge Dr. Sachdev, Nurse Coach Erica, and Roopika for their exceptional professionalism, dedication, and unwavering support. I’d also like to thank Vickie, the receptionist, for always being so welcoming and efficient, making every visit a little easier and more comfortable. Hello, We began our IVF journey in NJ with Dr. Sachdev in 2023. I got pregnant after IVF procedure few months back. Dr Sachdev takes no short cuts and he is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, Supportive and straight to the point. He cared about my health and always gave us different options to explore… Additionally and such a bonus he is Friendly , Funny and always in a Good mood.. My Coach Viktoria was AMAZING to work with. She will call me back every time I left a voicemail and no matter how many times I needed her to explain something she did it without hesitation.., Loved having her by my side to guide us thru everything. Roopika was super helpful in breaking down the insurance part of this process and even when I had no questions she would call to either be empathetic when things weren’t going in the right direction or to congratulate me for when they were .. I will definitely recommend Advanced Reproductive Medicine clinic to anyone doing IVF / IUI… They truly are a Gem and most importantly they are Compassionate. Going thru this process we need a supportive group of people on our side and they were exactly that for us. Entire staff is really supportive. Thank You for absolutely Everything…
