So blessed to have started going to Shady Grove for our fertility journey. This is a journey no one ever expects to have to walk through, but at Shady Grove my husband, and I, were met with the most friendly and caring staff. Special shoutout to Amy Young! Starting my mornings off with her always put a smile on my face even though she was sticking needles in my arm 😅. I would recommend Shady Grove to any person who is seeking professional guidance and assistance in the fertility realm!
I've had a really great experience working with Shady Grove in Roanoke. Everyone there is really talented and kind. There's a lot of testing involved through the whole process, and Amy and Toni really make that process as painless and uplifting as possible. Shady Grove has a network of amazing doctors, and they've got the best reputation in the state for fertility treatment. I recommend working with them!
SGF has been amazing to my husband and I, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Amy has done 99% of all of my blood draws, and she definitely makes the early morning appointments more pleasant, because she gets to know you and chats with you while she does her thing. Toni did a lot of my ultrasounds prior to my ER, and I absolutely adored her. She always reassured me that the discomfort from the stims would be over soon, because some days felt like eternity towards the end. Megan has been beyond helpful with answering all of my questions, even if they may be silly, and she’s always so pleasant to speak with. Lastly, Dr. Evans-Hoeker is absolutely amazing. She listens and understands how the whole process actually feels, which is a big plus in my opinion. A lot of doctors downplay how their patients feel, especially if they have never personally experienced it, but Dr. Evans-Hoeker doesn’t do that whatsoever. She also doesn’t push tests on you if she doesn’t feel they are 100% necessary or if she doesn’t think they would be beneficial for you. When we found out that our first transfer ended in loss, the whole staff was so supportive and caring (and are still are). I am so happy we found SGF and chose to do our journey with them ❤️
I have to say Amy young is amazing sweet and caring. She is always outgoing and her smile will make all your nervous butterflies go away. Dr Graham is wonderful also.
