Edited: The director of the Lab as well as the Lab assistant were super helpful. When information was miscommunicated, they were amazing and very helpful and even stayed late to accommodate me. At first I was frustrated, but they really impressed me with their kindness and truly caring about their clients. [The secretaries here are terrible at their job. I am being told different information at the desk compared to over the phone.]

Imagine spending a large sum of time and money for test after test due to a higher risk pregnancy due to endometriosis and epilepsy, only for blue sky to stop the plan for IUI end the end. They had the medical records and notes from my wife's neurologist from nearly the beginning, but only after a slew of tests they decide to stop the plan based on neurological information they had the entire time? Only saving grace of experience for us was the nurse Case manager who helped with a massive communication issue between blue sky and Natera labs. If you chose blue sky I hope your experience is good, and not a horrific, tike consuming, expensive cluster that could have easily been avoided.

I was hopeful when I first had my consultation but I have been disappointed since then. It is hard to get in touch with my doctor. I can only get in touch with one of the nurses who generally brush me off or tell me to wait until I have my next consult (a month later) to ask a question. When I try to schedule an appointment so I can speak with my doctor, they are scheduling out 6+ weeks- and I am a current patient. I have been given conflicting information and have had to remind nurses of my medical history. I was expecting my doctor to do my IUI but it was a nurse and that was not even communicated to me beforehand. Right now, I would not recommend BSF but I will update how these next two month go.

Have had an excellent experience thus far. The staff are always very responsive and quick to answer any questions we may have. They have been transparent with pricing up front which is amazing if you know how expensive fertility treatment is. Dr. Riggs was personable, knowledgeable and caring when we had our overview visit with him after having had all our testing done. Highly recommend this clinic.

I'm finally pregnant because of Blue Sky Fertility and their amazing team! I'm so thankful for all the nurses and Dr. Riggs. Halie was such a bright light and greeted me with a smile each time I came in for an appointment. What a difference that makes when going through fertility treatments. I highly recommend Blue Sky Fertility. 🙂
