Birmingham Obstetrics & Gynecology – Hoover

Horrible experience. They never sent my urine sample to the lab. I called every day for results and they were so rude about it. Then they realized they never sent it, asked me to come in for another urine sample and never called me with the results. I have had a horrible UTI for a month and I am pregnant. I had to go to the ER to get care and find a new OB.

I had my annual wellness appointment today with Dr. Damrich and also my mammogram. Dr. Damrich is so nice and unhurried, answering all my questions and explaining what to expect. The x-ray technician was extremely nice and the lab tech did an excellent job. I am very pleased with my care and especially the fact that there is an office in Hoover.

Had an appointment a few months ago and expressed that I am going through perimenopause or menopause. The doctor seemed to be understanding and listened well at the time.

I highly recommend this practice! Great care provided by Kaylie Franklin. The office staff was very welcoming and I was called back immediately after I checked in. The medical assistant was very caring while gathering information prior to the provider coming in. Great overall experience!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here today. Online system is super easy. Parking was a breeze compared to my previous place at the hospital. I did complete my paperwork online so when I came in all I had to do was pay and sign. They called my name within 2 minutes.
