I just want to state that I received a call after a long wait ( after 1 year. because my doctor got confused and didn't sent my referral the to right clinic ) lots of things happened in my life during this period. All our hormones going up and down , Thyroid, and work stress. Anyways when I received the call, I said I don't think I wanted it anymore. The woman on the phone was so rude. She just said that I should have called them to get my name out of the list, and basically hung up on my face.I understand that there are many women waiting for an appointment, what I disagree is a Staff who had zero care, zero empathy, no even asking if I was sure , or that I have a day to think about it. Because this is a very delicate moment in our lives , specially after 40 years old. So, please next time a woman says that She doesn't want it anymore , treat her with care. Ask the reason, give her a day to think at least.

Staff has been friendly and the nurses respond to messages in a very timely manner. I have met many couples who really liked their experience at Aurora. I look forward to continuing with the clinic for my treatments. Edited October 14th 2025 Because of excellent treatment I was given at Aurora, I am now 22 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. They took fantastic care of me and I am glad we chose this clinic. We are lucky to have access to IVF treatment in Saskatoon. Thank you Aurora, you took me from no chance at all to this - you helped to make my greatest dream come true.

Our review is years late, but my experience with Aurora was the best. I think it's important to base my review not on the results, but on the interaction (because as a medical clinic specializing in this area, their business isn't to "sell" you a pregnancy, but to do their best with the available knowledge, medicine, etc. - but they cannot guarantee anyone a pregnancy, sadly.) We were with Aurora off and on for several years, and appreciated their approach - to always go with the least invasive, least risky measures that might bring about your desired outcome. We found the staff friendly, and the doctors were all approachable, honest, and compassionate. Do they sometimes run late? Sure (but never as late as my regular GP!). As a patient, particularly one experiencing highly stressful, sometimes traumatic (and highly "hormotional") treatments, it could be hard to speak up and ask questions when necessary - but when we did they were amazing. And just like any other scenario, the staff aren't mindreaders - they tried to anticipate as many questions as possible but we needed to advocate for ourselves. That's just part of being a patient. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the staff of Aurora, and know many others who feel the same.

Thank you to all the staff for making this possible. I couldn’t ask for a better service than you provided. We received a healthy baby on our first try. Everything asked and you delivered. My heart goes out to all the staff for their support and proper treatment of their patients. You just turned my life around and I can’t thank you guys enough. 5/5 star. Love you

I will never be able to thank the team at Aurora enough because without them, my husband and I wouldn’t have our daughter. They consoled me during all the hard times (which were many) but championed every victory. We had already been diagnosed with unexplained infertility before becoming patients at Aurora. We travelled from Regina for all our appointments, but they facilitated as much testing in Regina as they could. The team is very realistic with their patients. The odds of IUI, the odds of IVF based on the specific case. Our odds weren’t great. We went into IVF knowing we most likely would only get 1-2 viable embryos. We knew quality over quantity was the goal. But when we ended up with 6 embryos, everyone shared our excitement. One of those embryos became my daughter. And we are hopeful another embryo will turn into a second child for our family.
