Reviews

It is not the most inviting place. I don’t know if it was just me but all the way from the front desk on back it was always an issue. My treatments were not carried out as I thought they should have been. It was always a hindrance or Road block in my treatment. I end up not getting a treatment that I think that I should’ve got as well as the care that I should’ve gotten is leaving Where I started when I came there, not able to conceive not able to have my own family. They were rude. Their were disrespectful. They did not count my feelings in the treatment. It was always something and it Dr. Moe did a fantastic job on my Corrective Surgery but it’s a shame that I won’t see if it works or will it work or can it work because of the APN that messed up my treatment since I’ve been there it was a fight in the surgery because my potassium then I’m obese and then it was always something so now they have blocked me from the portal and I guess I have to find somewhere else to go. I was referred to them by Dr. Rufus Thrower office . they gave me the corrective surgery to open the tube but refused to give me the drugs that help me ovulate and to have a cycle so what was that all for for nothing so I was wasting time and money that I never get back and I still don’t have the family that I want and I’m just sitting here looking like what happened? What did I do? Did I not deserve to have an opportunity to have a family of my own too is it because I was single is it cause I’m a African-American. I don’t know I guess I would never know. and the APN is also the general manager she let me know that as well and so I don’t know what the problem is I may never but that’s not a place for nobody that looks like me or have the issues that I’m having I guess and I won’t have the screenshots to the messages cause that’s just tacky Good luck to those after that venture into the unknown at Arkansas, fertility and gynecology.

This clinic is amazing! The doctors, lab staff, nurses, and office have been compassionate and amazing to me and my husband. They are extremely busy. Wait times can be long depending on their schedules that revolve around their patients’ cycles. Sometimes you may wait 5 min and other times over an hour. Unfortunately, that’s just how it goes with IVF. I never leave reviews but I wanted to share mine since I see so many negative reviews about the staff. One staff member Toya held me at one on my highest highs and lowest lows. I will never forget her. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

We had a wonderful experience here at AFG. After struggling with infertility and trying IUI’s 4 times we switched here to try our last option of IVF! We were so blessed it worked! Everyone was so welcoming and made us comfortable! Toya had to be our favorite! She put our minds at ease countless times and we will forever be grateful for the whole AFG team.

3 different appointments and we waited 3+ hours each time. Don’t expect them to respect your time. There’s more to being a doctor than surgery and consultations.

After reading reviews I dreaded going here but what options do I have here?? NONE. I wanted to do IUI because I believed everything I read that I had almost no chance without help at 42. My day 3 levels were AMAZING!!! Like a 25 year old if I can brag yet the doctor told me to do IUI, I would need to pay for fertility meds also. So the procedure would be thousands each try plus I can't use sperm from someone if we aren't married. Well I asked myself WHY? I ovulate like a clock, even my PCP said he keeps forgetting I'm 42 not 24 when looking at my work ups etc. He also wanted me to first get an HSG and get another opinion on my thyroid which was totally fine and wise. HSG should be done when you start trying for anyone. The problem is I sat in the lobby for 1 hour with not a single soul there other than a young woman who was in and out, obviously for labs or something. During that time the receptionist said not a word to me. I then got called back to sit alone in another room for 20 minutes before ever seeing the doctor. The excuse was he likes to be thorough with each patient blah blah. Sweet man but red flags about this entire office. I sat there for all that time only for him to tell me that even with IUI and meds, there's a 5% chance I'll get pregnant "a very very small chance". The most depressing thing I have ever done in a single day. How can these people tell us there's almost no chance when you don't even know us? So if you're over 40, you turn into garbage suddenly? So the HSG I was looking forward to just to know is everything clear etc. but it never happened because I started to try at home in November '24 and I was pregnant by the end of December '24. I will be 3 weeks +2 (CA) (5 weeks if you want to sound like a ridiculous medical experiment) on my 43rd birthday 01/22 and those lines are dark let me tell you!! I am now in a group online of COUNTLESS other women over 40 with babies coming left and right NATURALLY. It almost seems as if all the noise in articles online and doctors "expert opinions" is GARBAGE. If you know your body, your cycle and you know you can do it. Don't let anyone tell you there's almost no chance or trick you into medication you don't need $$$$. If you have legitimate issues preventing pregnancy, maybe this office can help. IDK because they show up with a completely negative outlook from day 1. For women struggling, I would honest from my heart skip the first visit and not even try here just because it's close in LR etc. I think there are some real flags regarding handling and mis management of things like appointments, call back, peoples time, them mentioning they are always running behind in the clinic etc. These things should not be over looked. I was one of maybe two patients that morning and they couldn't get it together. If someone's kitchen is filthy, are you going to eat a meal they cooked? With such an important process, I would seek other options out of town. I could have driven to another fertility clinic in the time I waited to be seen if you get me. Just Google and don't settle. *** September 22 2025*** my little birth date twin will be here
