I'm writing this review because my calls and attempts to contact management have started being ignored so people should know what this clinic is like. Before I start, I'd like to make clear the good things about ARC. The facility is clean, the nurses are kind and conscientious. But the doctors and management......... Had an IUI appt a year ago and was going to try stuff again this spring. After there was hardly any followup from last year after our failed IUI, I needed to rekindle communication so i emailed in an inquiry for contact and with some questions. They instead had the general manager, Michael, call us back. Spoke with him an hour and he said he'd get back to us with quotes and information. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. Left numerous messages, emails, and during follow up from second IUI, asked why he never called back after emails and calls and the nurse said she'd follow up - nothing. When we were meeting with Dr Hann last year, she didn't have any documents on their process. When I expressed frustration about, she was short with me and HANDED ME A BLANK PIECE OF PAPER AND PEN to write notes myself. Never gave a comprehensive quote. Never provided their plan of action, or why IVF was being recommended without a cause or diagnosis for the problem. To top it all off, when I said we were thinking of switching because of the price and poor service, they said they charge $5000 for the privilege of using them as a satellite service provider when working with another clinic. Bad customer service. Bad pricing. Bad communication. Entitled. No government funding support. Its incredibly frustrating. As a man, I felt like maybe this is me feeling directly what it is like typically for women in health care and I can't just can't believe how awful it is. Greek doctor Thalis has been so kind. Answers in writing. Responses are prompt. Pricing is better. Cares about the why. It is all the things we felt were being ignored or were strange or awful, drawn super clear through contrast.

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for Clinic ARC and the incredible team who walked with us through our IVF journey. A special thank you to Dr. Han and Dr. Daniel for your expertise, patience, and dedication. You gave us not only medical guidance but also reassurance and hope during moments when the journey felt overwhelming. Your professionalism and compassion made all the difference. To the welcoming receptionist who always greeted us with warmth and kindness — thank you for making every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. Those small moments truly mattered. And to the caring nurses, thank you for your gentle support, clear instructions, and encouragement every step of the way. IVF is emotionally and physically challenging, but your compassion made us feel supported and never alone. After a long season of waiting, praying, and holding onto faith, we are now blessed with our beautiful baby boy. What once felt impossible has become our miracle. Clinic ARC will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for helping make our dream of becoming parents come true. 🤍

I love this clinic. They don't ask you to keep coming every week just to give you a requision or instructions. They send you requision or prescriptions just in you account, which is so convenient. Dr deniel found the root cause for my irregular periods that was causing infertility. I was about to see her for the second time to discuss the treatment plan but luckily I tested positive the day before.She makes sure to do all the tests throughly to make sure nothing is missing. Some people get frustrated that its taking too long but the matter is to do the right thing. From initial appointment till getting pregnant it took me 5 months to clear all the issues she found. I am so happy that i found her. Thank you so much Dr Daniel and Team.

Words can’t express how grateful we are to the Alberta Reproductive Centre. From the very first moment, the entire experience was smooth, comforting, and filled with genuine care. The staff didn’t just guide us through the process—they supported us emotionally, answered every question with patience, and made us feel like family. Our very first attempt was successful, and today we are blessed with a beautiful baby boy. This miracle wouldn’t have been possible without their expertise and compassion. Our family cannot say enough good things about the team at Alberta Reproductive Centre. Dr. Han was our incredible physician and provided us with exceptional care. The entire nursing team and Dr. Han were responsive (always called back the same day within hours and took the time to answer all questions) and considerate. I was nervous and overwhelmed with the process and they took the time to ensure we were comfortable with everything we were doing. IVF is a stressful and challenging process, and the ARC team made us feel comfortable and cared for the entire time. I would hope our friends and family do not struggle with growing their family, but if they did, I would 10/10 send them here every time.
