My 25 year old daughter was referred to the AHN Reproductive Medicine Center in Robinson for fertility preservation related to a recent Lymphoma diagnosis. The empathy and genuine compassion shown not only to her but to me as her Mom will never be forgotten. Dr. Snook was immensely caring and communicative about the procedure. Marti, RN went above and beyond to assist my daughter through the process, from the initial call, to accessing medication, communicating quickly test results and next steps. We had a successful outcome for our goal; and my daughter has the comfort of knowing that despite chemotherapy, she will still have the option to be a Mom in the future. As her Mom, I can't say enough good things about this location and the staff. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
I cannot express enough how amazing Dr. Lewis was throughout my care. From the very first appointment, he treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. His bedside manner was exceptional! He always greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen to my concerns. It was clear that he saw me as more than just a patient, but as a person. His thoughtful approach and genuine kindness made all the difference in my treatment experience, and I am truly grateful for his care. Dr. Lewis is an incredible doctor and I am forever grateful for him!
Love this IVF center. The providers and staff are fantastic! They were supportive with me and wife’s ongoing issues. Would recommend a visit before you decide to go anywhere else. Love AHN ❤️
I do not recommend this clinic. My husband and I felt worse about our situation after each appointment. The staff were extremely rude, were not knowledgeable on the IVF process, and they do not make individualized treatment plans. They made countless errors, so we decided to switch midway through our first IVF cycle to Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford. It was the best decision we ever made. The compassion and care shown by the SGF staff was such a foreign experience compared to what we experienced at AHN. Start your journey with SGF!
They lack communication, ignore your concerns, and don’t follow through on anything they promise. The entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. If you're looking for genuine care and support, look elsewhere. This clinic is a complete waste of time and money. Avoid it at all costs! I’ve never felt more ignored and frustrated in any medical setting. If you're looking for a fertility center that treats you with respect and professionalism, this is not it. The clinic is a disaster, and you deserve much better. Stay away! They are incompetent and unprofessional . This clinic need to be closed
