The office staff is disorganized chaos. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. You can drive 20 minutes down i10 to come here for an appointment that was confirmed over the phone with a fixed price. They will then triple the price, tell you the service you came here for has changed. Then drive 20 minutes home for a different person to call you and say whoops we were wrong. They don't value your time or your feelings, my experience is they only value your money.. wouldn't reccomend this place.

Dr. Allon, Lizz and the entire staff at Advanced Fertility Center was no less than amazing. From the first visit to the last appointment, I received outstanding communication and knowledge. For me, the Advanced Fertility Center of Texas was the only fertility clinic with the best doctors and hardworking nurses. Thanks to the responsible and loyal doctors, I had a healthy pregnancy because of them. Despite the problems that were in my fertility journal, Dr. Allen found a solution for each of my issues with great care and perseverance. Despite the bad weather conditions, this clinic is never closed, and every day, all its personnel work with high energy and help the patients a lot. Their service is not only during the appointments; if you go to their clinic outside of your appointments, they handle the complaint with open and kind behavior. In fact, they always treat you perfectly, no matter how busy they are. For almost a year I was there, Dr. Allen always had a strong and responsible presence in all my appointments and procedures. I don't remember all the nurses' names; I know them primarily by seeing their faces. One of the nurses, Selina, is among the kindest and most professional nurses among the other nurses, for whom I am grateful from the bottom of my heart. Without the Advanced Fertility Center of Texas, I would have been deprived of getting pregnant again. With all the doctors, including Dr. Allen, and their hardworking staff, I can have a healthy baby. I sincerely thank all of them. 💚

Dr. Allon and his team have been incredible to work with the past 18 months! I am grateful for their attention to my care. We are pregnant with our first baby and I'll be 46 next week! We are very excited and feel blessed to have been a part of this experience! We definitely miss them as we embark on the next 6 months with our little one in another's care.
