Dr. Ratcliffe and her team helped me conceive my son and I returned 1 year later to try for #2 after a bit of a journey I'm pregnant again, thanks to her and the teams help. She has been doing this for years and it is great to have that experience and it be local. I would highly recommend their services.

Dr. Ratcliffe is condescending and pulls things out of her you know what. She talks over her patients and by the time my partner and I completed treatment, we felt like we had to keep our mouths closed because she would disregard what either of what we had to say. I would dread having to speak with her at appts. The staff was ok but you could tell they were also slightly scared of her. I don't recommend working with this office. Make the drive elsewhere

I have a previous bad experience at our local fertility clinic so I was already nervous walking into our appointment.. I’m am glad to say our experience at Advanced Fertility Associates was a completely different. My husband and I both absolutely loved Dr. Ratcliffe. She made us comfortable right from the start, she was extremely knowledgeable but explained everything in a way we could understand and we left with a very clear picture of our next steps. I am so excited to start our journey with them, our two month wait for our appointment was DEFINITELY worth it!

We were hesitant to go down this road but after meeting with Dr Ratcliffe and her team, we knew we were in good hands. Dr Ratcliffe is very direct and does not beat around the bush, but I respect that and actually like that. She is highly knowledgeable and educated with the most current information and knows what she's doing! Most of the communication is with her NP Bonnie who is just an email or phone call away for any questions or concerns that may arise through the process. She was always reassuring and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Lastly, her office staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Thanks to this team we get to meet our little girl June 2020. We could not recommend this team enough!
