Tucson location used a non sterile instrument during lab procedure ruining our very successful IVF retrieval. Corporate refuses to respond after 8 months of them promising to make it right without any follow through. 0 stars do not recommend working with any Pinnacle location as corporate does not care about you if their clinic makes a devastating error due to professional negligence.
