Very friendly and compassionate employees. God bless these people for helping others, for much less money than lawyers etc. The botanical garden downstairs is amazing, the wall art is museum level. Really comforting atmosphere.

This is not about the clinic. This is about the valet parking. The man that manages the services is excellent! However it is cash only and there are no signs to tell you this when you use valet. So when I came out I had $2 to give the valet and was going to charge the cost to valet. The guy was so nice he took my $2 as I had no other cash on me and said it happens all the time!!! Either his company needs to get a sign there are the clinic needs to put a sign there, cash only for valet services!!!

A “great” choice of a clinic if your main goal is to waste your time. The place follows ancient processes and has no clue what a customer service in this millennia is really supposed to be. Instructions and communications are extremely unclear. E.g. a doctor made an order for a lab test, you receive a MyChart message that the order was placed, and this is the number to call to schedule it. A number, no online option, no app, it’s like MyChart was not even invented yet. Then a few weeks later, when you are ready you call, wait over 30 minutes (the shortest waiting time ever for me was 36 minutes), and when they finally pick it up, the only thing they will tell you is that you need to call again in 5 days because they need to clear it with insurance. And that they never start this process until your call. And they are “sorry” that the waiting time is so long, but you’ll need to do it again. And no, it is not possible to initiate the process automatically by doctor placing the order, you must call to initiate it. And, of course nothing in those so called “instructions” tells you that you need to call to initiate that financial clearance process right away. They clearly invest more efforts in a good look of their indoor garden than in developing a world class service for their patients. Complete and continuous frustration.

The staff behind the desks are incredibly rude. I’ve been here for urgent care twice, once like over a year ago and I checked in in person. I waited over an hour until going back in and I’m 99% sure she never actually checked me in based on her reaction. I went in recently to urgent care and checked in online. There was a person at the desk outside the door for urgent care, but they never said anything to me. I checked my phone several times to see if there were any further instructions and if I needed to still check in in person. There were not. Nobody else was waiting so I sat there for again an hour. The person at the desk left, and another patient came in and checked in the room. I had earlier, and it was empty. I asked her if she spoke to anyone in there and she said that she has to wait for the person at the desk outside to get back. That person was gone for 10-15 minutes and when I went in the room the women at the desks 1. Did not even open the sliding window to talk to me 2. Were sitting at their desks on their phones and talking to each other. the one who spoke to me insisted I had to check in with the person at the desk. I’m just wondering why I was never spoken to when she saw me sit down and wait. There was no other signage that said if you’ve checked in online you still have to check in in person. When the person came back I told her it was never communicated in any way that I have To check in 2 ways and she clearly was just annoyed. I waited An hour and I’m almost positive nobody was actually back there because as soon as I was Checked in I was Called back. The nurse who took my vitals wasn’t very nice, but not quite as rude. The PA that I saw was nice, but pretty short. She seemed in a rush and tired. I’ve also been there for blood work and the person at the desk again, was incredibly rude to all the people she helped. I luckily Barely had to interact with her but she very clearly was only interested in doing the bare minimum. The nurses doing the blood work were lovely, though. These people seem to expect you to know exactly how everything works. The public is stupid, I am pretty good about troubleshooting on my own but I cant stress enough that there was nothing to indicate I needed to do anything more than check in online. I even spoke with a woman at the front and she asked if I’d checked in and I said I did Online and she said okay and directed me to the urgent care. The reason I didn’t Ask again is because I’m not trying to be that person who is causing the annoyance. I guess I really need to get over that and let myself look impatient because I’ve wasted too much time here because either they didn’t do their job or because the instructions to check in were never communicated clearly enough. I’ve been to the breast center here as well and the PA I met with was amazing, I think the nurse at the start was sweet too, but I don’t think the staff behind the desk were very welcoming but when I had to talk to them they were nice but dry. I’m 26 years old, I work a food service job. I get People are annoying and suck. But I think The setting here calls for at least a willingness to help and some amount of kindness. I will Be avoiding going to this urgent care moving forward.

I've taken friends and family members here for procedures. There is a nice atrium here with natural light and trees, though I wish the fountain was on. The Cleveland Metroparks Acacia reservation is right across the street if you want to go for a walk while you wait.
