I went to this facility for 3 years and I can’t even begin to tell you the awesome service I received by everyone at this facility. My ultrasound tech violet was the best and she provided me with the best care! I truly felt like we created a relationship and she really cared for me! Julie was also wonderful to me when performing my procedure! She made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and talked me through everything. I cannot recommend Women’s Specialty and Fertility enough! 10/10 for sure!!

Called to make an appointment for information at 10:20am, as the website only list what procedures they do but doesn’t guide you through getting info, what steps to take if you are interested, etc., and the wait time was 26 min Queue (automated system) just to get someone to answer the phone. I will 100% never move forward with services after a huge Red Flag like that on first impression.

FINAL REVIEW: I had to go through 2 procedures because the 1st one did not work. The 2nd one worked, but it ended abnormal. I never blamed the doctors for these 2 different procedures because it just depends on how our body react to it. The doctors are great! On the 2nd procedure, I noticed the difference in staff's attitude, which was actually better than my 1st round. I was so glad that I wrote this review, & spoke to the manager to tell her how her staff treats their patients & to pay attention to their job. Of course, the manager replied with "I'll talk to them." It's not just about talking to them though, it's about changes as well. Well, here I am today in 2025, looking back on my 2024 decisions to do this procedure. I never regretted my decision to do it & I will do it again, but I will take my money somewhere else & observe. This time around, I will surely consider the staff's behavior or attitudes toward patients (who are also people/human beings) because their behavior matters to patients' success & and well-being. It is a very stressful, life changing event, so you need staff who can walk with you throughout this experience while trying their best limiting the stress that their patients are going through. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 2024 This place is very clean. A few employees are disrespectful & rude. The way they talk to patients, they are very demanding &/or "entitled" about who knows what. You pay A LOT of money only to be treated this way, & (of course) it is not sure that their procedures work. The doctors, nurse practitioners, & ultrasonographers are pleasant. Before you start the process, you really need to either have a VERY flexible job or a stay-at-home wife because the time they schedule you for ultrasounds & other appointments need to be the exact date & time they want you to go there. I got lucky because my job in Public Health is VERY flexible with doctors' appointments & I had to go to appointments multiple times. They cancel appointments without letting you know & find out at the front desk. They hit up patients with charges they are unaware of, like the test they did to me that I was not aware they charged me with. They overcharged me as well because according to the manager, the staff said she was so confused even when she had the calculator in front of her. I walked out so many times debating if I should continue with this place, but I did not have more time left at this city because I leave soon. I was told by one of my coworkers there's a good clinic in Fresno, according to her husband who is a doctor at multiple hospitals, but I decided to stay and hopefully not regretting this decision. Besides, my insurance has already been paying for my labs, ultrasounds, & clinic visits. My insurance has been paying for my visits but this place sent me a letter of the past due bill for my first visit that I had to call them about, and they told me that nobody submitted it to the insurance. It is really just common sense. This is too long, so I'm going to post an updated review again soon on the outcome.

The front desk ladies are rude. The whole facility including the office manager needs to be retrained or learn about insurances. They refused to take my insurance and forced me to pay out of pocket as out of network. The office manager and billing manager both refused my insurance and kept telling me my insurance is out of network because they dont understand what Progyny does for my insurance and they wouldnt listen to my explanation or the Progyny rep. After 3 months, I finally got the billing associate, bless her heart to send in my claims to the TPA just to prove to them that I am in network and was forced to pay out of pocket. After reading similar reviews, it seems like they do this with a lot of other people too. It sucks that this is the only place located in Fresno for Fertility treatments and the front staff are the rudest people. People like myself with fertility issues already have it hard enough but they make it worst! I cringle everytime I have to go there for procedures due to the front staff and office manager. Now I will send in my formal complaint to the network.

Honestly some of the kindest nurses and Nurses practitioners I've ever met. As somebody who is born chronically ill I've seen my fair share of doctors and nurses but one thing that stuck out to me is how everyone in the office has gone above and beyond to take time explaining things and helping with injections and so much more!
