Reviews
The words that come to mind are phenomenal and extraordinary ! I have been to other clinics as a donor and I was made to feel like my health did not matter, I felt like cattle being push through an assembly line, the other clinics main priority was getting as many eggs as possible- overstimulating- despite the donor’s health. This clinic made me feel so cared for and my health was a top priority. All of the staff are kind and very personable. My ultrasound tech was such an amazing woman and I will sing her praises to everyone. My nursing team genuinely treated me with the care I would for my own family. My main doctor closely monitored my health and progress and treated me like a person, instead of just another donor. The recovery team, anaesthesiologist, my recovery nurse and doctor who did the procedure were amazing. I told them I was nervous and instead of brushing it off they acknowledged it and made me feel comfortable and reassured. This clinic should be the standard of care for all other clinics because the bar would be set very high. Thank you to all of you!
We had to switch clinics. The admin staff is left with too much work for what they are staffed for. It seems this clinic prioritizes profits over quality. Time sensitive appointments are hard to come by, follow up is very slow and requires prompting, and once you arrive to your appointment it takes at least an hour to be seen. I get that profit needs to be a part of running a business, but sacrifing quality by investing the bare minimum into your business will leave you with less clients in the end.
I was doing an IUI that Dr. Dzineku converted to an IVF when it did unexpectedly well, and the entire team made it to my last minute retrieval in blizzard conditions. (The same day an 18-wheeler had jack-knifed and blocked the East ETR on-ramp.) I now have my only two viable embryos after 2.5 years of TTC.
After my family doctor referred me to this clinic, I followed their instructions, filled out my personal information online, and received a scheduled consultation time. Everything seemed fine—until the next day, I was suddenly notified that Dr. Dzineku rejected the appointment time and let me go to other fertility center. It was a frustrating surprise after completing the intake process, and it suggests their system isn’t well managed. I also tried calling several times over two days before the referral, but most of the time no one answered. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
This clinic failed me. My husband and i came here in hopes of better treatment, investigation on why im always misscarrying. We were told that the moment i get a positive pregnancy test they would do a HARD monitor on me.. because of my history and in order to prevent another ectopic pregnancy. So i got pregnant, all that was done was blood work, in this case i thought it would be comforting to do an ultra sound but wasnt given because my hcg levels were not at 1500 like they suggest in order to do an ultra sound wich i think is completely stupid. A week went by and turns out i needed an emergency surgery because i infact did have another ectopic pregnancy and was bleeding internally for a week! This could have been avoided if i got an early scan and the “hard monitor” they promised but did not put into action. This clinic only communicates through email when its bad news and will call when its good news.. Never answer their phones. Its heart breaking for my husband and I, the fact that we had to go through this traumatic experience yet again. We will not be returning to this clinic nor will it be recomendad to family or friends.
