I had a wonderful experience with OFC Dr Vause is amazing doctor. I had to go through IVF but through out the process Doctors was amazing. Big shout out to nursing staff who is absolutely amazing. They used to call back me within 3 hours after I left the voicemail and also very helpful.They were responding me with patience and used to explain me in detail. I got pregnant with my first embryo transfer. At 6 weeks appointment one resident doctor scared me saying it’s not going to viable pregnancy. Then I called dr Vause office immediately and told them and nurse Jen who is an amazing person consoled me,after 5 minutes of talking to Jen, Dr Vause called me personally about my pregnancy and said it’s a healthy pregnancy. They made sure I don’t meet that resident doctor again. I delivered beautiful baby boy in December. All thanks to Dr Vause and nursing team.

10/10 experience from start to finish! Everyone, from the admin team to the nursing staff was phenomenal. This process can feel overwhelming, but the entire team made me feel supported, cared for, and completely at ease throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend the clinic enough! 🙂

If I could give zero stars I would. Firstly, my husband and I came here, and they have a lack of knowledge on anything. They didn't analyze me properly, and wanted me to take the lowest dose of medication, for 6 months. If I didn't get pregnant by 6 months, we would look into other options. However, I've went to a new clinic, and they're shocked how long it's taking us, and only through the new clinic, did I find out I had pcos. I asked the Ottawa fertility clinic, if I had pcos, and they said I didn't. I told the Ottawa fertility clinic, about my periods being all messed up, but they did not bat an eye at me. I'm now getting answers I need at this new clinic. Do not come here to the ofc!!!! We wasted so much time at the Ottawa fertility clinic, and I'm grateful that my friend suggested the clinic she went to, this new one my husband and I, have been going to, and my friend got pregnant from the clinic I'm now going to. Here's to a better clinic. Not to mention, getting my records to be sent to another clinic , is a complete pain, and they don't send right away at all. Zero stars!!!!!!!!! Dr. Kotarba was my doctor at this clinic.

Dr. Smurgen is very professional and caring. His team are supper nice. I am at a testing part and waiting for my IVF in May. I was so nervous but his team make me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much Dr. And also your team!!! Me and my husband very appreciated.

Not all but there is one nurse in blood work room. She is not experienced i think. 2 times she did my blood work nd its extremly painful. Why just only her. She kept moving needle inside the skin to find the vein even my veins were clealy visible. I always get bruise after that. She is fast and pretend that she is very experienced. Rest of them are all good. I am not sure if we can request for another nurse. If somebody know let me know plz I do blood work every two months even at other labs but i never experience that.
