I just wanted to share my positive experience with the nursing team and staff at Niagara fertility! For over a year and a half I worked with them to help conceive my son. The staff are organized, supportive, and knowledgable. They were always on time for my appointments and very communicative. Most importantly, I felt they genuinely cared for me and were so supportive through both the highs and lows. I never felt like just a number. (Note I didn’t interact with Dr. Browning much because I did IVF through Trio, so my review is based on the nursing team and admin staff) . Overall I am very grateful for the excellent care I received! 🙂

This was my second fertility clinic as my first was horrible at communication and it was super difficult to get a hold of anybody. I came to this clinic in March 2024 because a friend had a good experience here. I can see why. The nurses are extremely kind and everyone is great at communicating quickly and efficiently. My only negative thing about my experience was that prior to doing our first IUI, they let me know that my TSH was at 7. They asked me if I wanted to go on with the IUI. Me not knowing how high TSH would affect conception, I said yes. Knowing more now, I kind of wish they had flat out told me the risks and why they would not recommend moving forward with that TSH, especially knowing that I am hypothyroid and take meds. 2.5 and below is where you should be if you are trying to conceive. That IUI was not successful. (I am not saying this is the sole reason.) We ended up leaving this clinic in September 2024 only because we wanted a shorter funded IVF wait list, which we got and were able to start right away in December 2024, and have achieved success so far. Apart from this, it was a great experience. Beautiful facility too! We dealt with Dr Browning and while he was concise, and and we only spoke with him twice virtually, he seemed knowledgeable. Another thing is that the endo biopsy was not part of my routine initial testing (it was at my first clinic and I'm glad since we discovered some issues). I had to book a repeat biopsy on my own through my OBGYN. Was not a fan of that but I somewhat understand (not really) that some doctors don't think endometritis affects implantation. That's it from me 🙂

My wife and I's experience at this clinic have been nothing but positive. No one has ever been anything but kind patient and professional. They understand the stress that comes with fertility issues and do their best to help guide their patients through their journey. My wife and i are still patients and couldnt be more thankful.

We had a mixed experience at Niagara Fertility. Dr. Rachel, the naturopath, was very helpful and caring, and we truly appreciated her support. However, we did have an unfortunate misunderstanding regarding an email and a charge, which caused some stress. To their credit, the clinic did correct the issue once it was brought to their attention. In the end, we realized this clinic just isn’t the right fit for us. I was diagnosed with endometriosis, and I need a fertility doctor who has experience working with endo patients and who takes a more individualized approach—rather than pushing straight toward IVF as the main option.

I got pregnant with Niagara Fertility! The nurses here are AMAZING!!! So kind, so patient, friendly and made me feel super comfortable every time I went. Going to a fertility clinic is a very intimate process. It's stressful and really hard. I never felt any judgement from them in any way and they were always super supportive and kind. The doctor that runs the clinic, honestly I forget his name, he's fine. I only ever spoke with him over the phone twice and met in person once. I guess he knows what he's doing because I was able to convince, but I can't say much about his character because I honestly don't know him super well. Overall, great experience!
