Miacleo Fertilite

If I could give miacleo zero stars I would. Though I understand my medical conditions make me a harder case to start IVF I was extremely patient with their staff and doctors. However they were never available for questions, leaving a voicemail did not get me a response within 24 hours. If I was lucky they would call me within the week. The delay they caused because of issues with communicating made me waste a year working with them. Then when my husband and I finally thought we would start the process I was told that my BMI was too high and that I had to lose weight. There is NO Quebec legislation that says I need to be a certain BMI to obtain IVF services, or to be eligible for the government’s IVF program. Nor did miacleo make me sign anything that I understood this before starting the process with them. I have never been so insulted and had my life played with. They do not understand that they hold people’s lives in their hands. Earlier this year my husband and I started at another clinic and within 3 months we already have fertilized eggs for implantation. I highly do not recommend Miacleo.

I started my journey with Miacleo in the fall of 2025 and every interaction I’ve had has been incredibly positive. From the warm and welcoming reception team to my phone calls with the nurses, Maude and Samantha, I’ve consistently felt supported and cared for. My appointments with Dr. Kamga have also been excellent! She’s professional, attentive, and reassuring. The entire team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for, which makes a big difference during what can be a very emotional process. I’m truly grateful and am looking forward to continuing my journey with them. I feel hopeful about what the future holds with their support 😊🙏🏻

It has been a month and a half. They took payment for the test, did not send it to my doctor or myself. Never recieved a followup email after asking for a response. So they accepted payment for no service. Do not recommend.

Administration left to be desired - you have to often do follow-ups and blinded by the wait. The tests are the most frustrating part - where often, when you think you did all the tests, more tests are required to be done and re-done which delays the whole process. Once the protocol has started, they are on top of everything. The nurses are super kind.

I had an amazing experience at Miacleo. It took about 8 months before we got a call, but once we were in, things moved pretty fast. The staff is efficient, professional and hardworking. Dr. Saumet especially took good care of us. I think it's important to remember that they are super busy and trying to help as many people as possible. Appointments were always very quick. Hardly any waiting ever. We are expecting our first baby in June 🙂 Big thanks to the clinic!
