I noticed many negative reviews about this clinic, so I wanted to share my experience. I visited this place twice, and both times were very positive. The staff were always polite, attentive, and friendly. My waiting time never exceeded 10 minutes. The doctor (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) — was incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. I truly felt I was in good hands. The clinic is new, clean, and modern, which also leaves a great impression. Maybe things have changed recently, but my personal experience was excellent. I can definitely recommend this place.

This center uses an AI system for patient appointments and inquiries, but it seems they are not coordinated with their own system. I booked my appointment through the AI, came all the way from Aurora to Steeles, and then they told me my appointment wasn’t registered and that I have to book another day. They are really irresponsible when it comes to patients’ time.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Don’t waste your time here. For every appointment my wife and I had here, we’ve sat in the waiting room for at least an hour. Ridiculous. There was one instance where we had a 9am appointment. Three other couples came in for the same time. Why would they schedule more than one person for the same time slot? We waited for an hour that day. Additionally, Dr. Mazidi was extremely rude. My wife had serious concerns about natural birth and wanted to do a C-Section. Dr. Mazidi laughed as us, saying he “wasn’t playing these games”, and wouldn’t confirm whether or not we were allowed to do a C-Section until Week 28. Utter disrespect. We’ll be looking to be referred to another doctor. I have no idea why he’s so famous with the Persian community both in Toronto and in Iran. Persians travel to Canada just to see him. Yet this is the experience we’re having. Regardless of any recommendations, stay away, find someone else, because anyone would honestly be better.

I waited over a year after my surgery to write this, and I can honestly say my quality of life has improved tenfold. Dr. Mazidi was consistently pleasant, professional, and patient—he answered every question, offered clear advice, and respected my choices for my own body. He also ordered thorough tests and never rushed the process. Reception was always kind (and yes, busy—but understandable). I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Mazidi and his team—thank you for helping give me my life back.

Dr. The helped me keep my baby when I was undergoing a rough start in my pregnancy. She always answered my questions. I took so much of her time. Sometimes our consult would reach almost an hour but she is very patient with me and would make sure all my questions are answered. The receptionists were difficult to communicate with at first but they eventually gave excellent service.
