From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was in very capable hands. The doctor performed Aisha the procedure with confidence and precision, making what can be a nerve-wracking experience feel completely smooth and stress-free. Their technical skill was evident every step of the way — thorough, careful, and highly attentive to detail. Cervical ultrasounds can feel a bit daunting, but the doctor's calm and professional manner immediately put me at ease. I left feeling reassured and well cared for. I’ve been receiving treatment at this clinic for almost a year and, while I have not yet achieved a pregnancy, my experience with the staff has been very positive. The team is consistently friendly, compassionate, and understanding, which makes a difficult journey feel more manageable. They are also highly responsive, whether by phone or email, and always take the time to address questions and concerns. Although the outcome so far has not been what I hoped for, I truly appreciate the level of care, professionalism, and support provided throughout the process.

The reception team Stephanie, Mitali, and Chanel are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Even with multiple walk-ins they recognize and remember why we’re there and make the whole process feel very personal. Nurse Kashaf has been especially supportive. she’s knowledgeable, patient and makes everything feel much smoother and less stressful. The technicians for blood work and ultrasounds are also friendly and make you feel comfortable during each visit. To conclude my experience at Charm Fertility has been great, and I would definitely recommend to others.

Before visiting charm fertility, I was super scared because of the reviews I had read. I had one pprom (early delivery, child did not survive) and then two miscarriages. As per ON law, you can be referred to a fertility clinic after 2 losses. I was so tense but when I started visiting, I had an excellent experience with the staff. The reception (mitali), nurses (kashaf) and ultrasound doctors (ayesha) were so sweet and helpful. I was diagnosed with two issues, pcos and thyroid. I knew what they are but kashaf helped me understand exactly what are they and how they impact fertility. The ultrasound doctor helped me calm down during my sono and general weekly scans. She showed me the baby and gave so many prayers. Mitali (i hope I am writing the name correctly) helped me chase my appt for obgyn for a cercelage surgery. If she didnt, I would have been struggling to search and get registered. I had only one session with dr migahed, but the nurses did their job well. Highly recommend Charm!
