I have had trouble finding a PCP down here in Florida even after being here for 3 years and could not recommend Dr. Jessica Butts enough! Went to my first appointment on Friday and she truly cared and took the time to listen to my concerns, making me feel seen and heard. THANK YOU!

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I’ve never written a review, but my experience was so poor I wanted to share this in hopes others may avoid this place. Don’t get me wrong, the office is beautiful. The check-in staff and everyone I interracted with besides the actual physician was excellent. The physician, though, talked over me and interrupted me any time I tried to answer questions about my medical history or current serious medical concerns. Everything I said during this appointment was shut down or ignored. I have never felt worse. And after waiting 6 months for this appointment because I couldn’t schedule anything sooner, I got to address 0 of my serious medical concerns and am just as in the dark as before. Not a single one. I ended up just shutting down and only responding with a yes/no. I couldn’t hold back crying on my way out and was so embarrassed and ashamed of myself. Maybe there are better options here, who knows, but based on the reviews and on my experience with this physician, I will not likely be returning and would STRONGLY recommend no one come to this location.

My husband and I have been utilizing the services here for a couple of years now and we have always been more than satisfied. It is a one stop shop for all of our medical needs. The staff have always provided excellent care and exceptional customer service. My experience with Monica in the vision center is what prompted me to write this review. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, and truly has a passion for helping others. On all of our visits, she has went above and beyond...whether it have been to help us pick out the best frames or make minor repairs to our glasses. I look forward to my next visit, because Monica really brightens my day!

I have been going here for 2 years now and I have always had excellent care. The nurses have been so kind and helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. The doctors have all been extremely caring and helpful in helping me with my issues and illnesses. Even going above and beyond in ordering tests to rule out certain conditions. I’ve never had a negative experience.

Are you looking for top healthcare professionals that care about their patients? Then run. I assure you, you will regret breathing the same air as anyone employed here. The check in to medical staff, everyone at the Center For Living Well in Celebration I came into contact with was annoyed by my existence. (And everyone else’s too) INCREDIBLY RUDE. Both teams at Celebration AND EPCOT need to be fired and flipped! They must have the terminated leaders from Gametop running them now. Help these “medical facilities” by not bothering them and see how long they stay open without any insurance money paying the bills. It’s so ridiculously bad it could be a reality show called Ghetto Clinic.
