Reviews

Dr Kevin and staff made miracle for us. We had failed IUI twice (not at this place), and then we came here looking for effortless IVF, but realized that will be costly because the times I have to do DNA fragmentation will add up. So we decided to go straight to traditional IVF. There were plenty of visits for sonogram and bloodwork before the actual IVF. We have been very happy with everyone there. The process was smooth. They have certain people or group that will call you and tell you what to do and what the next steps are. Even during the egg retrieval and semen thing they do in the lab, they call me promptly to give us status. They remember my wife name at check-in. Waiting was quick. Every time I called, I talked to someone immediately. But preferably for me I contact them by email and they always respond. They sent my wife medications to an out of state pharmacy that went smooth too. I do not have any complaint. Fast forward a year later, we have a 7 week old girl! We were success on the first try. I was worry because we did not have much embryo. But thank god it was success. Not sure why some complain about payment. I have to make payment on every visit, it's typical, depending on your insurance. This is a business, every doctor you visit, they will charge you. You just have to do your research with the insurance.

Dr. Doody is great but the clinic staff is horrible! They are holding money owed to me for months now due to an insurance claim that I was never made aware of. Even though I have called the clinic repeatedly, they just transfer me to voicemails and never call back. This clinic will do whatever it takes to make extra money, and the hassle of dealing with them is not worth it. Patients going through IVF should not have the added stress of horrible communication and lack of understanding from this clinic.

I had an issue with a doctor at this clinic. Before writing this review, I reached out to the clinic to see if I could be transferred to another doctor. I have yet to hear back. Long story short, I made the mistake of telling the doctor that my husband and I were willing to do the general tests insurance covers to get to the root of my "infertility" but weren't willing to spend 10k plus on treatment. I am a stage iiic cancer survivor and just climbed my way out of cancer debt. I was treated as if I was asking for handouts or exceptions. I mentioned how hopeless it seemed that insurance didn't cover anything past the tests. Her response and I quote, "That's not my problem. You need to talk to your HR department.". After I hung up on my call, I was charged my copay on my card they require to keep on file AFTER I had already paid my copay the day before (double charged).

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kevin and his team. Dr. Kevin was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions with patience and clarity. His team was consistently helpful, professional, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin and his staff—they truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional care.

This is our second baby with CARE & Dr Kathy. We haven’t had it easy, but she was always very supportive and she is incredibly knowledgeable. The staff is always so kind and we never ran into any issues. We have been going to this clinic for 4.5 years and have seen the same faces for the most part which in my opinion is a reflection of the work environment being a positive one. We have gone through losses, which can lead you down a path of the blame game, but the truth is fertility is a difficult profession to be in and they do an excellent job at giving you the best possible chances at building your family! There is no other place we would go and we looked into several before starting. Thank you CARE & Dr Kathy. Bonus- they added a new Dr (Dr Katie Doody) and she is fantastic! Well done CARE & thank you for helping us for so many years achieve our dreams!
