Hello, I'm stopping by to thank the entire Morgan Fertility team for being with me and supporting me throughout this entire process where I almost lost all hope after several failed attempts since my body was rejecting the embryos but I thank you all, especially Amarilis , whom I will never get tired of thanking, for always being there for me, to prevent me from giving up. I also want to thank María who always gave me the best words of encouragement. Honestly, they never gave up on me and they were always there giving me their support. I want to thank Rachel and Fatima for their incredible care and kindness and Dr. Morgan and Dr. Robin for working hard to find all the reasons why I couldn't get pregnant, because apart from my blocked tubes and my endometriosis, all The tests and studies that they did on me said that everything was fine, but you did not give up until this last attempt. Thank God 👏🏼 everything went very well, I am already 12 weeks pregnant and so far everything is going very well with my pregnancy!!! That is why I advise you not to give up and have faith in God and above all in Dr. Morgan and his team because they will do everything possible to make your dreams come true. ❤️💞❤️thank you, thank you, thank you 🥰😘

Morgan Fertility practices are unethical and unprofessional. They wasted my 1st cycle by giving me such a low dosage. I am 41 years old with low egg reserves and Dr Robin prescribed me Follistim 150 units and Menopur 75ml beginning to end without increasing my dosage. When I asked the nurse why they aren't increasing my dosage her response was that they didn't want me to waste my medication. I only know now that it was such a low dosage because I went for a second opinion. My Doctor at RMA prescribed more than double what they prescribed me and he couldn't understand why my dosage were so low giving my age and low egg reserve. I should have ran away when billing changed the pricing on me to almost $3000 more than what originally gave me. They informed me right before I was to start my medication, after I did all the testing, sonogram and blood work. I asked why the price change, Karen from billing stated that because they were currently in "negotiations" with my insurance. When I called my insurance, they said that morgan fertility is in network and didn't know what they meant negotiations, office is either in or out of network. I then asked to go over with my insurance what is not covered but it was not possible because noone from morgan fertility ever called nor did they submit any prior authorization with my insurance. When I reached out to billing asking who contacted my insurance and when, I received no response. Only after a week or two when my husband reached out to them that they said they were going to honor the original pricing. We ended my 1st ivf cycle without an egg retrieval since my follicles did not grow. I was told by the nurse that this cycle won't count as a cycle with my insurance since we didn't do the egg retrieval. Later, I found out it did count as a cycle from my insurance. More LIES. There was no way i was going to let Morgan Fertility take another cycle from me. I spoke to Amarilis the billing manager in April to cancel my 2nd ivf preauthorization with my insurance. Found out today from my insurance that they still haven't canceled it. Morgan fertility is now preventing me from doing another cycle. It's quite obvious Mortgan Fertility's main concern is their financial gain. They will exhaust all your ivf cycles through insurance and then make you think they have the best price in company to other fertility clinics to pay out of pocket. Hoping my review will save someone else from going through all the deception and frustration Morgan fertility has caused me.

My husband and I went through an IVF and had the pleasure of working with such a professional team in the Englewood office. I was recently discharged after my 8 week, 5 days and all I can say is how happy we are to the Morgan Fertility Team. Thanks so much, Linda for always receiving us with a happy face and Maria for keeping everything organized and always willing to help us. I will never forget the call I've got from Linda saying, "Carolina, are you ready to be a mommy?" I was in tears. Please keep this professionalism and especially good attitude which I am sure will help future mothers go to through this hard process in a smooth way. I will be coming back hopefully with my baby in arms! 🙂

I cannot recommend Morgan Fertility Clinic highly enough. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attentive staff, my experience was outstanding. Doctors Lesorgen and Morgan took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The nursing and administrative staff: Linda, Maria, Kelly and Rachel are outstanding as well. They were always attentive and responsive, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed during each appointment. Their warm and caring demeanor helped to avoid my nerves and made me feel at ease in what can often be a challenging and emotional journey. One standout feature of this clinic is their user-friendly patient portal, which made accessing test results and treatment plans a breeze, making the entire IVF process absolutely transparent.

After so many years of trying we finally decided to see fertility specialist and this office was our choice. Very friendly and supportive staff. Huge thanks to nurse Kelly and Dr. Allen Morgan for helping us making our dream came true! Instructions are very clear, patient portal was easy to use, no waiting line for early morning lab work, we were always being informed and updated with the process. Thank you Team for being patient with us, we appreciate all your help and support, we wish you and all your patients good luck! And yes, highly recommend this office!!!
