Dr. Ogden, Tiffany, and all staff are truly special and amazing. we started this journey with little hope and low expectations after dealing with infertility for so long, and ended up with the best support system and a positive pregnancy. from answer any type of question, to ultrasounds, to anything i need they are always there. i couldnt imagine going anywheres else! thank you Tiffany and Dr. Ogden for giving us so much happiness 🙂

The nurses were absolutely amazing, explained every part of the process and were happy to answer questions as they came up. Worked with Beth primarily, and she was wonderful.

I'll start by saying that I'm writing this while holding my 3.5 week old in my arms. This was probably almost two years ago at this point and I never intended on writing a review but the more I thought about it, the more I thought it was important to speak up in case it helps someone else. Maybe things have changed since then. I had a few paragraphs written out here detailing my experience but I don't think those details are important and I'm really not here to bash every step of the way. The main thing I want to share is that we worked with Dr Pritts and after our two transfers failed with her, she refused to try any other protocol saying "I'll try this again but I don't think you'll get pregnant with your own eggs. You should move on to donor eggs." That response shocked me because I personally know women in worse situations than me had luck with the right doctor. After I wrote her an email telling her how disappointed I was with my care there she called me and said that her nurses quit, her other doctor quit and she should have closed the clinic but didn't. Wish I had that phone call recorded, honestly. Thousands and thousands of dollars spent and she said she should have closed the clinic is insane. We ended up going to CCRM in Minneapolis and received the most amazing care I could have asked for. 2 retrievals and 1 transfer of MY OWN EGGS and I'm sitting here with my miracle. All this to say..... please do your research on this topic. Unfortunately, the learning curve is so expensive in ivf. You don't know what you don't know. If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. Get a second opinion if someone says your eggs won't work. A doctor that actually cares can do amazing things.

Today was my RET today and I had one of the best experiences. I really enjoyed working with Dr. Collins. She answered all of our questions and was very good at telling us what our next steps look like. The nursing staff from this morning was amazing! They were there for anything that was needed and did a great job at making me feel as comfortable as I could. I would also like to say the CRNA Lesley was AMAZING! She was able to make my recovery 1000% better. She listened to my concerns with being nauseous after and she took all the steps so that wouldn’t happen. She also is very compassionate and caring about her patients and she goes above and beyond! She is truly the best!

I have to give two shout outs... Nurse Ashley- simply amazing. She is so caring, willing to take the time with you to answer any and all questions. Very personable. Always has a smile on her face. Very positive. I can go on and on. Tiffany- by far the best at getting blood. She always can get my tricky veins on the first try!! Super sweet as well. All the staff is great! Nick and I have had an amazing experience with this all even through the good and the bad!
