Western Fertility Clinic has been a compassionate and professional partner throughout our fertility journey. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and heard. Dr. Kumar took the time to explain every step of the process and were always available to answer our questions. We were advised and referred to Western Fertility Institute by our fertility agency as part of a parental / surrogacy journey. Dr KUMAR had already worked with this agency and the parents on several occasions, with great success. We greatly appreciated Dr KUMAR's straightforwardness in such an important and meaningful project as starting a family. We soon put our trust in him. His human approach is borne out by his remarkable, controlled success statistics. The two surrogates who accompanied us had nothing but praise for the clinic and its staff. This professionalism and humanity have been rewarded for us with the birth of our 2 children within the space of a year. We can only thank the clinic and say that you can entrust your family project to them with complete confidence.

I am so grateful for Dr. Kumar and every single person at WFI for helping us grow our family! WFI was the second opinion I sought as I was dealing with secondary infertility and after the initial consultation it became very easy to make the decision to stick with WFI. Dr. Kumar offered a plan of action and a sensible timeline; Jessica, my nurse, was always supportive and patient with any and all questions and concerns. My IVF journey is a success story and it has been relatively short thanks to this amazing team!

We could not recommend this office any more highly! Dr Kumar and Jessica (our nurse) were absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond to offer personal, thoughtful care through the process. Even the office staff are friendly and professional and don’t let things slip through the cracks. It felt great to work with a center that truly cares about service and its patients. We are very very happy that we ended up at Western Fertility and highly recommend them. We went to another clinic nearby in Encino and just had an awful experience. Bad service, no attention to detail, and incompetent office staff who were full of apologies but couldn’t stop screwing up. It was so stressful, especially given this was our first time doing this process and we needed them to have our backs. When we found Western Fertility, it was the best move ever to switch and my wife and I are SO grateful we did! Night and day difference and such peace of mind to go through the process with an amazing group that cares about its patients.

Dr. Kumar is the best, as are his nursing staff and admin staff. We are people who like to have control over our lives, which is one of the things that infertility strips away from you. But Dr. Kumar was the perfect balance of informative, empathetic, and guiding. He made suggestions and provided perspective, and answered questions, without us ever feeling rushed or like we were just a number. His staff is also amazing. I was impressed that his staff remembered who we were from appointment to appointment; they really made the process feel personalized. Obviously a positive outcome cannot be guaranteed with IVF, but even through the challenging moments we experienced, the staff and Dr. Kumar were there for our questions and compassionate to the situation. I would definitely recommend this clinic for those facing struggles with their journey to parenthood.
